Story
Meet Willow!Hi there! My name is Willow, and I'm a sweet and playful four-year-old dog. I absolutely love being around kids, and I'm known for being great with them. Although I can be a bit skittish around men when we first meet, I quickly warm up and become playful once I feel comfortable.I have excellent house manners, which means I know how to behave well inside. I never beg for food, and you won't hear me barking unnecessarily. At night, I love to sleep at the foot of my fosters's bed, keeping them company and providing them with warmth and comfort.Sometimes, when my foster leaves, I may scratch at the door. However, with a bit of training and adjustment, this behavior will improve over time. It could be a good idea to consider using a crate or kennel to help me feel secure and comfortable when I'm alone.Overall, I'm a really nice dog, and I would make a wonderful companion for anyone looking for a loving and loyal furry friend. To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt It doesn't obligate you, but it is the first step. We don't get to all of the inquiries but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!

Oh my gosh, are you here to read more about little ol’ me? Oh, where do I start! Well, I’m just a happy doggo trying to live my best life and match up with a new family. DAS is helping me search, isn’t that cool? We’re still getting to know each other, but I think we’re going to find me some great friends. I’ve let them know that I enjoy long walks on warm evenings, trying all kinds of new snacks, and chewing on doggie toys. Who doesn’t love those things? Speaking of snacks, I’ve heard that Dallas is an exciting doggie-friendly place for food enthusiasts! I’d love to check out a few patios some day with my new family. Does that sound like something you’d enjoy, too? I sure hope so… maybe you could click that “Adopt Me” button and we’ll get to know each other better!

Story
Even senior dogs know the value of a good treat and BettyAnn knows her good behavior deserves a tasty reward. Around ten years old, this lovely lady hasn't always enjoyed the finer things in life, so she is content to just take it easy and touch grass - literally.

BettyAnn enjoys short, slow, walks due to her tender hip. Just spending time in the yard, seeing the sky and clouds brings her joy. She can certainly live in a home with other dogs, but she's not interested in rambunctious play. She's a mature lady and just wants to enjoy each day. She prefers a soft bed to spending time in her crate but is accepting of either.

She's not dependent on others for constant attention and interaction, but after spending time alone, BettyAnn lights up when she sees her people. She may not have been blessed with a loving family in her early life, but she's definitely ready for one now, and maybe a soft patch of grass to call her own.

Story
Stella was adopted at 6mo from the Mesquite animal shelter. She is now 5 and been a loved member of our family. She is wonderful with our boys and a sweet dog. She has a lot of energy and we are unable to care for her like she deserves. We have had some circumstances happen beyond our control and we have no option but to re-home our sweet girl. She would make a wonderful addition to someone’s family.
