Although I can be a bit skittish around men when we first meet, I quickly warm up and become playful once I feel comfortable.I have excellent house manners, which means I know how to behave well inside. I never beg for food, and you won`t hear me barking unnecessarily. At night, I love to sleep at the foot of my fosters`s bed, keeping them company and providing them with warmth and comfort.Sometimes, when my foster leaves, I may scratch at the door. However, with a bit of training and adjustment, this behavior will improve over time. It could be a good idea to consider using a crate or kennel to help me feel secure and comfortable when I`m alone.Overall, I`m a really nice dog, and I would make a wonderful companion for anyone looking for a loving and loyal furry friend.To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. Moo Moo is the sweetest, loving dog who loves to give hugs and is always excited to see you. She’s smart, knows commands like sit, stay, and come, and waits for her food eagerly. She enjoys playing with toys, roughhousing with our young dog, and running zoomies around the yard. Moo Moo loves snuggling on the bed and furniture at night. She can be shy with strangers, barking until she gets to know you, and is curious but not aggressive with our grumpy cat. She loves to chase chickens but never hurts them. Moo Moo is very submissive to other dogs, always wanting to be their friend. She needs a family that can mentally stimulate her and give her a job since she has loads of energy!

This handsome boy needs a very special human in his life as he just can not bring himself to trust many humans. Prince might like someone immediately but it is rare, he did not like his foster mom at all initially but now he is really loving and adoring with her. He is an outgoing and fun dog once he chooses to trust someone and otherwise makes it clear he prefers to be left alone. Prince lives with lots of other dogs and is especially playful with many of the smaller dogs in his home. He has not been cat tested but ignores the cats in their catio in his foster home. He has learned to accept and walk on a leash and even enjoys going for walks now. He is house-trained and has good house manners which is great because he hates being in a crate.He needs a home without a lot of people coming and going and/or with a place he can be away from people that do not live with him and no young children. His perfect home would be his human and how many other dogs his human would like to have live with them.

This gorgeous girl is compact and full of love. She is quiet and mild mannered. She looks bigger in picture than she actually is. She is the size of a heeler. She is about 30lbs. She is still getting used to shelter life so she is still scared but will come to you when you hold your hand out to pet her. SO FAR, she doesn't seem to mind the other dogs and just wants to be loved on. We are working on leash walking now, as she will walk for a minute and then freeze up and we have to carry her. She needs a place to run and play and really come out of her shell
