I have 2 purebread, rough Collis, beautiful male and a female brothers and sisters. Female is fixed. Male is not 2 years old. Great dogs. They have good tricks. Calm mellow beautiful, but I brought them to my farm and chase chickens, and they killed two chickens, So I don't believe that these should be on a farm. They will be great at your home In your fenced yard, they lead real good with leashes. They know lots of tricks.and they are very calm dogs kennel trained to. Very good with peaple and children.. but they chase my chickens if we are not watching

Willow can be a bit timid at first, but she warms up quickly and soon becomes your loyal companion. Once she trusts you, she’ll follow you everywhere with her signature, soft, sweet presence. Willow gets along with other calm dogs, enjoys being outdoors, and—being young—would make the perfect adventure buddy for someone who loves exploring. Welcome Max to CCPAL Rescue. He is a Smooth Coated Collie/Heeler mix is our best guess. He weighs 35 pounds and he loves other dogs. He is very dog friendly with all types of other dogs. He is friendly with the horses and the donkeys in his foster home. He is good on a leash, potty trained and super affectionate. He knows sit and does it very well. He is very attentive and follows direction easily. He knows shake a paw with both paws and is great on a leash. He was an outside dog in his first home and a good Samaritan took him in. He has been with a vet that had PTSD and is sometimes too rough with him. He is very loving to women and also loves men after being at the Rescue for only a week or two. He loves all people and once he knows he is safe bonds deeply and is extremely loyal and devoted companion. He would be great for a hiker, walker, jogger or any one who wants a good companion to take with you. He would be great in a doggy daycare setting as he easily gets along well with all dog personalities. He is vaccinated, healthy, neutered and ready for his forever home. He loves children with open arms and has been around them regularly. This is a WONDERFUL dog and will be a great addition to any family wanting an easy dog to bring in. He would be great for a more novice adopter as he is smart, skilled and follows direction easily. He would be a great dog for a family with children. We like them to be 8 or older. Welcome Kai to CCPAL Rescue foster program. Kai is a very sweet pup. She is a German Shepherd/Smooth Collie (BorderCollie) She weighs about 33 pounds and should stay medium sized. She is good on a leash, good with other dogs. She is mostly with her sister in her foster home. She uses a doggy door and is good on leash and in a car. She is fully potty trained and very smart. She is good with children and likes toys. She would be best with someone that is active and outdoorsy. She would be fine as an only dog or would be good with another dog. She will be a fun one to train. She has good eye contact and attention to who is speaking with her. She has one upright ear and one that is not. She is getting her vaccinations and will be spayed and ready for her forever home. She is in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland, Minesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. She would be a great family companion and could go with children. We like children to be 8 or older. Please be patient when you put in your application. Annie loves being outside and running freely. She's a great guard dog and will keep predators/pests out of your yard. She does great on a leash as well. We've taken her to festivals and she does great with crowds too. She can get a bit territorial with other dogs in her space or around her things, but she only gives small corrective nips/barks which is indicative of her breed. She otherwise loves having play dates with other dogs outside. She does great with kids of all ages. She can get a little jumpy when excited but will settle immediately on command. She's very trainable and smart. She loves all the attention and pets she can get.Annie will need to go to a home with a big enough yard that she can run freely, preferably acerage. She has been around chickens and leaves them alone, other then the natural urge to herd them. She had a bad experience with a cat, but with some patience I'm sure she'd get used to them. She's been around other livestock as well in passing.

Millie is just the sweetest and loving companion. She loves so deeply that it feels like she can crawl up into your arms and live there forever. She's perfect to be in the house all day without an accident. She wants to play fetch all day long and she's easy to walk.We had issues with food aggressive. Now we feed separately and don't have any further problems. The are together all day, spending nice days in the outdoor kennel and indoor locations on rainy days. I believe Millie needs a better place to live that will give her a lot of affection.She is not high energy. She adapts to her person.
