Meet Piper. Piper is a 37 lb border collie/ golden retriever mix who has recently arrived in Wisconsin looking for her forever home! She’s super smart & super sweet & is well ahead of the curve, having had a fantastic foster before coming to Wisconsin. At 7 months old (you’d never believe that she’s still a puppy), she’s crate trained, potty trained, knows to sit, stay, walk on a leash, rides well in a car & even waits her turn at dinner & treat time. She’s also totally trustworthy in the house!Piper is currently fostered with 4 larger dogs & gets along great with them, plus loves everybody, including kids!As Piper’s herding dog traits are predominant, she has loads & loads of energy & needs to run, so unfortunately, will not do well in an apartment.
