Millie is a sweet dog who is looking to start a new chapter after her family could no longer keep her after they needed to move. We’re so glad they trusted us to help her find the perfect forever home. Millie is two years old and full of love. She’s a social butterfly with other dogs, enjoys long walks, and thrives when her mind and body are kept busy with fun activities. Bonus: she’s even shown interest in playing in the water! She’s lived with older teenagers and done well, but has not lived with younger children. She has also shown too much interest in cats, so she would prefer a cat-free home. Millie will be spayed and up to date on all vaccinations this week, and she’s already dreaming of the day she meets her new family. Interested in adoption? Our rescue adopts to Wisconsin and Illinois. Our requirements for Illinois applications are: excellent vet history, no children under 7 in the home, and an owned home. Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit, and once approved a meet and greet with the dog. Adoption fee is $250.
