Check out our Facebook page and YouTube channel for more pictures & videos of our adoptable dogs!  Updated: 11/28/2023 Dog Name: Willow Sex: Female Estimated Breed Mix: Smooth Collie/ Mix Approximate Age: 2 years Approximate Weight: 40 lbs. Description: Sweet Willow was abandoned in the woods of a small Texas town, she was skin and bones and had very obviously been owned before. She greeted her finders with a wagging tail and lots of kisses! Willow is very intelligent and listens very well. She is great with other dogs, big & small. She is also great with kids! She is a petite medium size, the kind of dog you can take for adventures or just lounge at home! Willow deserves a warm and loving home! Adoption Fee: $400.00 We are a Wisconsin state licensed dog rescue -WI# 402433   ***We do not have a central adoption center at this time. All our dogs are in private foster homes within WI. At this time we only place our dogs in areas of WI. The breed of our dogs is our best guess with the help of our veterinarians. Our Weight Classes are as follows: 0- 25lbs - Small 26- 45lbs - Medium 46-89 - Large 90+ X-large If you are adopting an adult dog, which we consider 6 months of age or older, your adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter, Rabies and Distemper shots, dewormed, flea & tick preventative, heartworm tested and microchipped. If you are adopting a dog younger than 6 months of age, the dog will be up to date on the shots as per the dogs age. The dog will be dewormed, flea/tick preventative and microchipped. We only spay/neuter our dogs by 6 months of age. If you decide to adopt a younger dog than 6 months of age, they will need to be spayed/neutered at one of our preferred clinics. This will be determined by your contract along with the month they should have their surgery. This is included in your adoption fee. Once you are approved with our rescue, you can meet any one of our dogs within the fosters home. If you are interested in the dog you met, you can take the dog home under our mandatory foster to adopt program. You receive 5 days to see if the dog is the right fit for your home. If it is, we will conduct the home visit and finalize adoption. If it is not, it is returned to the foster. We are happy to find you another dog that meets your needs in your home. If a dog is listed as PENDING, a family has met the dog and planning on adopting the dog after the home visit has been conducted. We always suggest sending in an application for a dog because there are times where the dogs are given back to us under the foster to adopt program. There are many reasons dogs are returned but normally it just was not the right fit for all. Please go to WWW.TAILWAGGERS911.COM under HOW TO ADOPT . We have an online application that is very easy to fill out. February 27, 2024, 10:08 pm

Collie Labrador Retriever

Female, 1 yr
Muskego, WI
(when grown) Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
Good with kids, Good with dogs, Spayed or Neutered,
Biscuit is a handsome 1 year old mixed breed male pup. He has an a beautiful thick white and gold coat. We expect him to be large size when fully grown. Biscuit is a fun and goofy guy who loves to play with other dogs and steal their toys to get them to play. He loves people and loves to snuggle. He is potty trained in Texas, but his new family should be prepared to do a little additional training in that area, as his routine in your home will be very different than what he is used to in a foster home in Texas. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, dewormed and microchipped, and she comes with her medical records and interstate health certificate from a veterinary examination prior to leaving Texas, which certifies her to be in good condition. Biscuit's adoption fee will contribute to our program of readying additional dogs, puppies and kittens which we prepare, transport and adopt out in the Midwest. Our goal is to get as many homeless animals out of south Texas, where we have a severe pet overpopulation crisis.
