7 year old small high energy male corgi/chihuahua mix. Looking for a good home and owner that can give him attention and has room for Marshal to run and play. He loves to play fetch. Is good with kids, Needs a fenced yard. Due to getting ready to move to a place with no outdoor area Marshal will not do well having to be inside all day, Now he currently is only in the house during the evening and sleeps in a crate in our garage at night. I have had him since he was a puppy. Have all the supplies he needs. Create, beds , feeders, and toys.

Story
Hi my name is Apollo! I was saved by an older couple when I was 7 months old but they unfortunately couldn't care for me any more; so I was surrendered to the Pet Association. I am extremely friendly and outgoing. I listen well, walk well on a leash, and am house trained. I get along with other dogs and absolutely love to play. I am quite the talker and a bit dramatic but that has only made my fosters love me that much more. I am ready for someone to cuddle with and go on adventures. Come meet me!

Story
Zoomin Zula! This adorable short stack is a 8-9 month old, female, husky/corgi mix. She’s ready for any adventure you are willing to take her on, especially if it involves water. Zula is good with most dog friends, with a preference to those that will run and play with her. She’s house trained, crate trained, and very smart. Zula is affectionate and cuddly, too. Due to her unique breed mix, we are seeking an active home that enjoys working with dogs. She responds so well to training it seems a shame to waste it! Zula requires a feline free home. She doesn’t have the best leash skills, but she’s working hard on that while in foster care. Zula is in foster in Fort Collins, Colorado. *We require all adopters to come to Colorado to adopt. *We do not transport dogs. * You can view this wonderful dog at https://www.milehighcanine.org/post/dogs/zula. Story
Capt. Crunch is a short-legged firecracker that was found on the streets of Texas. Someone took him in but he was surrendered to a shelter after their pack of dogs attacked him (hence the shaved spots in some of the photos which are nearly filled). Despite all of this, he is a friendly boy with other dogs and humans. He knows basic commands and will be easy to train as he is very eager to please. He does well with grooming (bathing and brushing) and travels great in the car. Capt. Crunch would thrive in home where he can get 2 walks/day (or adequate play time), after which he loves to snuggle up for his well-earned cuddles. If you're looking for an affectionate, fun-loving, playmate, Capt. Crunch may be the sugary treat you need! **Crate trained **Potty trained **Does well on leash Please note he is heartworm positive (non-contagious) but his treatment will be fully covered by the rescue in his new home. Comes Neutered, up to date on appropriate shots, 2 free one-on-one dog training sessions, PDFs and videos of training support, pet store coupons and a free FI subscription.

Story
We all know how we get that awww feeling when we see a sweet young dog that needs our help. Lily is one of these dogs that deserves, due to her excellent temperament and all the love she'll bring to a family, to have a wonderful home filled with pure love and nurturing. Lily is so sweet, friendly, and so very loving and irresistible that you can't help falling head over heels in love. Lily is a gorgeous 7 month old, 15 lb (anticipated to be around 20-22 lbs when full grown) Corgi mix, with a bit of Rat Terrier in the mix for extra cuteness. Lily's breed mix was identified by Oklahoma veterinarians. All we know for certain is that this sweet girl is irresistible! This pup is SO sweet and once acclimated to her new life will make a wonderful addition to a dog-loving family. From Lily's foster: "Lily is an absolute sweetheart. She loves everyone and greets people with a waggy body and kisses. I have 5 dogs and she does so great with every one of them. She walks with my dogs on a harness and does pretty well. She is potty trained! She loves to play and loves dog toys and playing tug with me. We've worked on crate training and she does amazing!" Whoever adopts this amazing pup is very lucky..they're getting a true gem!" Lily is a perfect size to accompany her family just about everywhere a smaller dog is welcome. She will fit right into virtually every situation due to her great temperament and very sweet personality. Our dream for Lily is a forever Colorado home with a family that cherishes her for life. As Lily becomes comfortable in her forever home, she'll blossom and become a fuzzy ball of good-will that loves to please. The happier her family is with her behavior, the more Lily will shine with her accomplishments. Farfel's would like to see our wonderful girl in a home that includes her in family time and fun activities (and some lap or couch-time with belly rubs would be absolutely perfect!) as well as taking that extra step to participate in positive reinforcement / force free virtual or in-person obedience classes. These classes successfully teach a smart and cooperative dog like Lily the skills to accompany her family out into the world with excellent behavior. Farfel's Rescue is happy to provide a list of approved virtual and in-person force-free / positive reinforcement trainers in your area. Lily has been fully vetted and is up to date on her vaccinations. This support Farfel's commitment to adopting out only healthy dogs. She has also been spayed to reinforce our commitment to a euthanasia-free future in the canine population. This sweet girl deserves her forever home, and we’re here to support her (and you!) every step of the way. Lily is available for adoption now. Applications are currently being accepted for this sweet and very loving best friend and can be found at http://farfels.com/farfels-res. cue/adoption-form/. If interested, please fill out completely and submit. **PLEASE NOTE** If you're truly interested in adopting Lily please be sure to fill out our Farfel's Rescue adoption application found at the link above or at farfels.com. Adoption site applications such as Petfinder and Adoptapet don't provide enough information and therefore aren't useful. Our Farfel's application is the only initial tool that we have to determine a great match for this very deserving dog. We're sorry, but in many cases, we're unable to get back to those that don't submit our Farfel's Rescue adoption application. Thanks very much for choosing rescue.

Story
Benjii, corgi/shepherd mix, 6 yo, 36 lb, male.Benji is cute,  smart, loyal, and has a great steady shepherd-like personality.  He gets deeply attached, although needs a little bit of time to get used to a new place. Would be better as the only dog and would bond closer with a female owner. Would be better with teenage kids. He is patient and great at following the routine. Was found as a stray.   Adoption fee: $300. If interested, please submit an adoption or foster application at http://www.sanNicolaDogRescue.com  March 30, 2025, 7:55 pm
