Story
Wanted: unpaid bipedal servant to shower judgmental golden-ager with love, belly rubs, and limitless compliments.   Aspen is a sweet even tempered Corgi/mini Aussie mix looking for a soft place to start over after her human struggled to keep her. She’s approx 8 y/o and 36#. She should lose a few pounds to get to a healthier weight. She’s a relatively low maintenance girl who requires daily walks to keep her in shape. She’s potty trained, likes her crate as a safe space, dog friendly, and in good health, although she will need a dental soon. We don’t recommend young children <10 or excitable young dogs in her new home just to protect her zen. She likes belly rubs and being with her person so someone home more often than not would be best. We have not cat tested her but her previous owner said that she’s fine with cats. She’d love a fenced in yard and a kind hearted human who will love and care for her. Aspen is spayed, utd on vaccs, chipped, and HW-. If you are interested in meeting Aspen the first step is to complete our meet and greet application at https://www.corgisandfriends.com/forms We require the application, home and reference check, and meet with everyone in the home. Aspen’s adoption fee is $300 and we do not adopt outside of Colorado.February 11, 2026, 5:36 pm

Story
Mango is a 5 or 6 year old corgi with a heart as big as his cuddle game. He weighs about 32 pounds, is neutered, chipped, and UTD on all vaccinations. He was surrendered to CCFR due to being reactive around children. Mango is an incredibly sweet, affectionate boy who lives for closeness with his people. Once he’s comfortable, he’s all about snuggling on the couch, soaking up pets, and being your loyal little shadow. He bonds deeply and truly wants to be someone’s best friend. Mango is potty trained and also knows how to use a doggy door if you have one. He is happy to sleep in his own bed, or in his human’s bed if they allow it.  Because Mango feels things enthusiastically, he’s looking for a motivated, dog-savvy adopter who’s willing to put in a bit of time and structure. Calm, thoughtful introductions and some help managing his excitement will set him up to shine. With the right guidance, he does wonderfully and is eager to please. Mango can get easily overstimulated and his humans should be ok with a (somewhat loud) corgi bark, although he usually only uses it when he is overstimulated or excited on walks. He tends to bark at dogs and humans and pull a bit on walks and could use a patient adopter who is willing to provide treats and positive training to allow him to focus. He is very treat and food motivated and a quick learner. Mango would do best in a home with a fenced in yard where he has plenty of space to roam and with an active family so he can get his energy out. He does need daily walks and other enrichment activities. He is great in the car but can get easily overwhelmed in new places. He is also great in the home and not destructive or loud when left alone. Mango would do best in a home without children or cats, where things can stay predictable and relaxed. He has successfully lived with another dog and may enjoy a canine companion with the right match and introductions.  If you’re patient, attentive, and excited to invest in a loving relationship, Mango will repay you with endless affection, devotion, and top-tier cuddles. He’s not just looking for a home — he’s looking for his person. The first step is to complete our meet and greet application at  https://www.corgisandfriends.com/forms  We require the application, home and reference check, and meet with everyone in the home. His adoption fee is $400. We do not adopt out of state.February 6, 2026, 9:15 pm

Story
Looking for a colorful cuddle bug? Meet Ethan! Ethan is a beautifully marked pup with a lovely mix of colors who's the perfect blend of sweet and spunky! He plays hard—zooming around and wrestling with his siblings, but when he's done, he naps just as hard! This loving little guy isn't into doing things solo—he's all about being part of the action, whether that's playing with his crew or cuddling up close to his favorite people for a cozy snooze! What to Expect: Ethan's forever family will dive into all the fun puppy stuff: potty training adventures, crate training missions, learning commands, and making new friends everywhere! He's still figuring out the whole "training" thing and might need some extra patience and creative approaches to help him learn. Living Situation: Right now, Ethan's hanging with three of his siblings in a foster home. He hasn't met other pets yet—that could be an exciting new adventure! Potty & Food Time: He's still little and just starting his potty training journey, but he's already doing great at keeping his sleeping crate clean! Uses washable puppy pads (because the paper ones? He turns those into confetti!) Eats when he's hungry but isn't super food-motivated—he shares bowls nicely with his siblings though! Daily Playtime & Sleepytime: Wants to be where the action is—being stuck in a pen away from everyone? Not his vibe. Currently sleeps with his siblings every night, so learning to sleep solo will take some cuddles and patience Making his crate super cozy and fun will help him feel safe When it's bedtime or you're out, he'll need a secure setup until potty training clicks His Personality: Ethan is ALL about his people and his pack—companionship is what makes this boy thrive! He's a social sweetheart ready to bring a great balance of playful energy and snuggly downtime to a family who appreciates a pup that knows when it's time to zoom and when it's time to snooze! Ready to Meet Ethan? Check Ethan's full profile for adoption event locations. ##2636227##
