Story
Scarlett is a loving and very sweet people's dog. She loves walks, cuddles and is very treat motivated. She hit the 1 year mark and has been resource guarding from other animals. She would do amazing as the only animal in the household. I have tried everything in order to get her trained and working well with the other animals. She does well with other dogs on walks and in casual setting, just not in her own home as she has random triggers. She is 1.5 years old and I paid $1,000 for her. Asking for $500 to ensure she goes to a good home. I will wait as long as it takes to find her a no-pet and wonderful family. I am willing to wiggle on the price if I feel that you are a perfect and responsible fit.

Scarlett is a loving and very sweet people's dog. She loves walks, cuddles and is very treat motivated. She hit the 1 year mark and has been food aggressive, herding, and attacking my cats and other dog every since. She would do amazing as the only animal in the household. The management has become all consuming for me and I have frankly given up my life for her in the past 6 months. She does well with other dogs on walks and in casual setting, just not in her own home as she has random triggers. Most of the time her and my other dog are fine, but when she is not it's scary.

Trixie is a beautiful 9-year-old Corgi. She is a breeder release who spent her life in a kennel having babies. She didn't know what grass was when she came to me. She is a sweet, petite little 20# girl and when comfortable will come to sit next to you on the couch. She uses potty pads and doesn't yet walk on a leash. She does well with other dogs, mostly she will rest in her kennel where she feels safe. She will need a quiet home to feel comfortable with very calm or older kids. Trixie is gaining confidence right now and is venturing out to interact with people. It will take a special person to adopt her and continue helping her to build confidence. She is in Foster in Berthoud.

Ellington is an approx 1 y/o 26# German Shepherd/Corgi shortie mix. He loves to give hugs and cuddles and really loves to run!  Ellington would do best in a house with another active dog his size that he can play with and no children under 10. He does well with his smaller foster dog brothers but can be a little overwhelming at times. A fenced in yard is a REQUIRED. In his foster home, Ellington sleeps in his crate at night and he hasn't had any potty accidents even when home alone. He uses a doggy door when someone is home to supervise outside time. Ellington is figuring out how to walk on a leash without getting under foot but he just loves his humans so much and wants to stay close. Ellington will gently nudge you for pets and roll over for belly rubs. He knows "sit" already and is ready to learn even more. We have not tested Ellington with cats. If interested in meeting him, the first step is to complete our meet and greet application at https://www.corgisandfriends.com/forms We require the application, home and reference check, and meet with everyone in the home. Ellington is neutered, utd on vaccs, chipped, and HW-. His adoption fee is $375 and we are not doing any out of state adoptions.May 26, 2023, 3:53 pm
