I'm a cute stubby guy, they say.  I ended up at a shelter and was put on the euthanasia list, but I got really lucky and was given a second chance. I’m a sweet, happy, easygoing guy who is always wagging my tail and ready to make new friends. I LOVE people and do great with all dogs I meet. Playing with my dog friends is one of my favorite things, and I’m happiest just being part of the family. I’m also an easy house guest — I’m not a barker, and I use the potty door like a pro. I sit nicely for bath time and am eager to please. I’m neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, protected with ProHeart 12 and Bravecto, and I’m 4DX negative. My adoption fee is $400. If you think we might be a good match, you can apply for me at www.adoggie4you.org. I’m currently in Texas, but I can travel to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington, KY, and along the East Coast.   Name:  Charlie Age: 8 months Weight: 26 lbs  Adoption Fee: $350.00 Good with Dogs?  Yes  Good with cats?  He is a little too interested in cats so needs a cat-free forever home     Charlie found his way into the rescue when his owner was trying to rehome him at a dog park   He was taken by a Good Samaritan who wanted to make sure he ended up somewhere safe   Charlie’s mom is said to be a Corgi mix and dad is a Husky mix…so he’s got short legs and definitely took after mom with his appearance, but his coat is so much softer than it looks   Are you looking for a super sweet, playful, handsome puppy to give a forever home?   Charlie is all that and more!   Charlie is crate trained and does really well in his crate.  He’s a typical puppy who gets the zoomies and then wants to nap.  Charlie loves to play with other dogs so he’d love to have a dog friend in his forever home.     Please be realistic about your living situation before submitting an application. Charlie is still a puppy who very occasionally chews things he finds, would love to do an obedience training class and is expected to be somewhere around 30 lbs as an adult (perfect size!  Not too big or too small)  With his size, he can realistically live for 12+ more years and we want to place him in a forever home, not an “until” home.    He’s neutered, vaccinated, heartworm tested  and micro chipped.    Don’t miss out on a wonderful new companion and get  your applications in now.    Adoption Process: Step 1:     Complete a "no obligation" application located on our website at pawprintsnky.com under the applications tab.
