EVERYONE I AM PLEASED TO INTRODUCE MYSELF AS LILAH! Lilah is an adorable 2 year old Daschund/Chiweenie who is very sweet. Lilah came to us with her sister after being found as strays, and she is soooooo ready to find forever! Lilah is confident and would be so happy to have a great home which she can thrive. She is SUPER QUIET, and loves to spend her day on the couch snoozing, getting belly rubs, and seeing when it is time for a snack or to eat. This is her favorite pastime while you are watching TV or cooking, but also loves to run the backyard and get some sun! Lilah is looking for a special person or family who would be willing to give her time, patience and unconditional love which is what she truly deserves. Are you the one who will be able to give her the love and security they need? Lilah is crate trained, and would like to have another doggy friend in the house to hang out with, or she is just fine to be alone if you work from home or are retired. She loves to play, and run around the yard, and of course is a foodie. Lilah is great with other small dogs, and would need to be around children who are over 12 years old to ensure there is not rough play. Laying next to you on the couch, lounging in the backyard while you work or go in the pool, is something she has dreamt about. A retired person/couple would be great. NEED A COMPANION WELL HERE I AM! Don't worry about her barking, as she is super quiet! Would she be ideal to be home all day alone, probably not, as a retired or work from home person would be best. It is all about TIME and showing her that love is truly a great thing! A truly sweet girl who deserves only the best. Hi There My name is Leia and I am a gorgeous 2 year old little daschund girl. I am super quiet, and a little shy at first, but once I see you are awesome, I am all yours. Foster mom says I am super sweet and refined, as she calls me her "chill girl" - yeah I am kinda like an old soul. I enjoy hanging out in the yard, laying on the grass and catching some rays. I also enjoy spending time with people, and foster fur brother Rusty. Yes I AM good with other dogs. I love to lay on the back of the couch while you are watching your shows, and yes I enjoy a chick flick too! LOL A baseball game, sure, as long as you share your snacks with me. Hey - one for all and all for one! I am crate trained, and learning how to walk on a leash. But who needs a leash, when I have a huge backyard to run around in. I would do best in a home with someone who works from home or is retired and needs a buddy! Yes a yard would be perfect. I would not mind having a fur brother or sister pup or kitty, so no worries if you have one. Kids - well I would prefer 12 or older, as I am small, and don't want little kids pulling my tail please. Her mom, Trixie, was full-term when a M.A.I.N. volunteer saw that Trixie’s pups were about to be aborted at one of the AZ shelters. The volunteer claimed a very pregnant Trixie and she delivered puppies five days later, at 4:30 in the morning with two volunteers by her side. Trixie had four puppies. Two black and two white. Button is tri-colored and female. The pups were born on December 26, 2024. They have been neutered/spayed. They have a microchip and their shots including Bordetella.
