Story
We actually have the two, Piglet the mother who is about four and Peanut the daughter about three. We got them from a shelter about two years ago but they really need more space and my wife and I are seniors with tight schedules and are unable to give them as much time outside and attention as they deserve. They are quite affectionate but rambunctious. Good with even small kids (including our granddaaughter who visits often) but not so with other dogs.

Story
Application is required - Please go to www.ppnk.org$250 adoption feeMeet Farrah. She’s an adorable 1-1.5 year old girl, approximately 11.5lbs. Possibly a Dachshund/Spaniel/Chihuahua mix. She is house and crate trained. Farrah loves walks. She is good with other dogs & cats. When she came into rescue she was very, very scared and very pregnant.  She was a fantastic mother to 3 healthy puppies that have found homes. She also adopted an orphan puppy and raised her as part of her litter.  She has gained trust, but will need a quiet home with a patient adopter. She will need some time to acclimate to new people and new environments. She prefers women over men & will need a home without young children. All our animals receive professional veterinary attention including spay/neuter, testing, vaccination, deworming, food and shelter. We only rescue from Animal Control and cannot accept lost, hurt or unwanted pets from individuals.  We are a licensed non-profit no-kill shelter.July 25, 2024, 4:19 pm

Story
** Current Location: South Korea** Meet Lylla :) She rides so well that if you open the car door she gets in by herself, and she doesn't get car sick at all. If you like traveling she would make a really good buddy! She loves playing with other dogs, running in the park, cuddles, kisses, sleeping with you, walks, hikes, and delicious food (fruit, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, cheese, meat) and treats! Personality. She is affectionate, full of energy, loves to have fun, and adapts well to new things. She likes both people and dogs and cats (she'll play with them). She also loves to play in the park or the mountains. When she's excited, she'll purr to show her excitement. She loves to be held - she wants to fall asleep with you in your arms. She's the best dog ever!

Story
Bonnie is a cheerful and affectionate female Dachshund mix. She loves being around people and thrives on attention. Bonnie is house-trained and sleeps in the laundry room at night. While she's never been crated, she easily uses a doggie door. Bonnie also enjoys playing with toys and other dogs, but like Bailey, she can be a bit rough on her toys and dog beds, so durable ones are ideal. Her behavior with cats is unknown as she hasn't been exposed to them. Bonnie has a sweet disposition and takes treats gently from your hand. ##1990673##

Bailey gets along wonderfully with other dogs and loves spending time with people of all ages. With his spirited personality and affectionate nature, Bailey will quickly become a beloved member of your family. He enjoys playing with toys and other dogs, though he tends to be a bit rough on his toys and dog beds, so durable ones are recommended.
