Story
Drum roll please. Let us introduce to you the most wonderful little girl you could ever meet. Her name is Chipy Dipy and she is a 5-month-old dachshund mix breed at around 8 pounds. All she needs is the assistance of her forever family to help her across the finish line. Her hard work will pay off and her family will be cheering her along the way. As with all puppies, Chipy Dipy is full of curiosity and wonderment and is ready to grow from adorable puppy to an amazing dog with the right guidance and patience. Story
Emerald Jade, a Dachshund mix puppy at 5 months old is a young gal at around 13 pounds. She is estimated to be a medium-size dog of somewhere under 60 pounds when fully grown. She is so cute, with a black rough coat. She has been in foster care and has done well. Still shy when she first meets someone new, but after a bit she gets comfortable.Dachshund mixes are known for being spunky, bold, and playful. Smart and curious is a common trait. They are affectionate and loyal often forming strong bonds with owners. They love social interaction. They also can be vocal and on the alert. As a mix, Emerald Jade probably has several of these traits. She is comfortable around other dogs and kids. Emerald Jade is currently working on her house, crate and leash training. She, like most pups will be a quick learner once routines are established. Daily short walks (under thirty minutes) will be a good opportunity to work on leash skills as well as socialization skills. It will be a new world to her with all the new sights, smells, sounds, and people along her walk. Please note: She may not be a running companion until after age one when her growth plate closes.Emerald Jade would probably appreciate free time in the back yard to burn off energy. Keeping her mind active with activities that provide physical and mental stimulation will prevent boredom. Get ready for lots of attention directed at Emerald Jade because this girl knows how to get noticed and the focus on her. * When considering adoption, keep in mind that dogs thrive on structure and routine. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hey-a! I’m Mario. I may be a little guy, but I’ve got a big heart, lots of love to give, and I’m very ready for my happily ever after. I came to rescue from a crowded shelter where I was running out of time, but thankfully I got my second chance. I’m a super friendly boy who loves meeting people. New friends? Amazing. Familiar faces? Even better! I’m always happy to see you and usually come with a wagging tail and cheerful little smile. I really just enjoy being part of the fun and close to my people. I also get along with other dogs and currently share my kennel area with 3 other dogs. I do especially well with female dogs, though, because I can sometimes get a little bossy with other boys. What can I say? I like to think I’m in charge sometimes. But overall, I’m still a very good boy and do just fine with proper introductions and respectful dog friends. I’m not sure how I do with cats or young kids yet, but I’ve shown everyone here what a sweet, happy companion I can be. I’m neutered, 4dx negative, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. I'm also current on proheart 12 and bravecto, so I’m all set and ready to start my next adventure with a family of my own. All I need now is someone to love me forever. Adoption fee: $300 Apply at: www.adoggie4you.org Mario is currently in Texas but can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington, Kentucky, and locations along the East Coast for an additional $250 transport fee. Please note that transport is not available to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to state regulations.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 26, 2026, 3:31 pm

Story
Meet Oscar 🐾 Oscar is a one-of-a-kind little guy who is part Chihuahua, part Pittie, part mystery, and 100% lovable! With his long body and short little legs, he’s basically a hot dog with a Pittie smile. 😂❤️ Oscar is super affectionate, playful, and cuddly. At just barely a year old he has plenty of energy and loves to play, but when playtime is over, he’s more than happy to curl up with his favorite person. He also does wonderfully with other dogs and sleeps like a champ in his crate. 💤 He’s mostly potty trained and is learning more every day. He’s also apparently pursuing a career in interior design—he loves rearranging the dog beds and toys to create what he believes is the perfect layout. 😂 Oscar does have a mischievous side. He LOVES food and may occasionally jump on tables or go looking for snacks. In fact, this little genius has figured out how to open Tupperware! We believe some of this comes from his history of food insecurity, so he’s still learning that he doesn’t have to worry about where his next meal is coming from. ❤️ Oscar is sweet, silly, energetic, affectionate, and just the right amount of naughty. He’s looking for a family who will give him patience, structure, cuddles, playtime, and most importantly, the chance to finally feel safe and loved. Oscar may rearrange your furniture, steal your heart, and possibly figure out your Tupperware… but we promise he’s worth it. 🐶❤️ Local adoption fee is $350 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $650 (includes transport to your area)

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Taffy. Taffy is a sweet puppy looking for the patient, loving family she deserves. She was owner surrendered through no fault of her own, and while she may be unsure of new people at first, she has so much love waiting to come out of her shell. Taffy did not receive the socialization she needed while growing up, so she needs a family who understands that trust takes time. She can be cautious when meeting new people and may need some time to feel comfortable. She also seems to have had some negative experiences with people touching around her neck and the back of her head. Because of this, she may have a slight reaction if someone reaches for or touches those areas before she knows and trusts them. She will need people who are patient, respectful of her boundaries, and willing to let her go at her own pace. Once Taffy gets to know you and realizes she can trust you, her demeanor completely changes. Her sweet and goofy personality really shines, and she becomes an affectionate, happy puppy who loves attention. She will even dance for you in return for some treats or attention! Taffy’s favorite thing in the world is a good back scratch, and once she trusts you, she will happily soak up all the attention she can get. Older/considerate kids only. Taffy is still just a puppy, and with patience, consistency, positive experiences, and plenty of love, we know she will continue to come out of her shell and become the playful, loving puppy she was meant to be. Taffy is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and current on heartworm and flea/tick prevenetion. Her adoption fee is $350. To apply to adopt Taffy, visit www.adoggie4you.org. Taffy is currently in Texas but can travel to Washington, Portland, Oregon, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington, Kentucky, and along the East Coast. If transportation is needed, there is an additional $250 transport fee. Unfortunately, due to state regulations, Taffy cannot travel to Rhode Island or Massachusetts.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 26, 2026, 3:31 pm
