Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Cosmo, an adorable wire haired Dachshund puppy with a heart as big as his personality! Cosmo came to us as an owner surrender after being found near death. At first, we feared he was suffering from parvovirus, but it turned out he was experiencing a severe case of hypoglycemia caused by poor nutrition and a lack of appetite. We rushed him and his friend who he came in with, Twinkle, to our vet for hospitalization. Thanks to the care he received, Cosmo has made an incredible recovery and has completely bounced back into the happy, playful puppy he was always meant to be. Cosmo is as sweet as they come. He loves spending time with people, enjoys playing with other dogs and his toys, and is always ready for fun. Like any young puppy, Cosmo is still learning the ropes and will need continued training, patience, and consistency.  Cosmo's adoption fee is $400. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and current on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. If you're ready to give this resilient little guy the loving forever home he deserves, please apply at www.adoggie4you.org. We are located in Texas, and transport is available for an additional $250 to Washington, Portland (OR), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington (KY), and along the East Coast. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hey-a! I’m Mario. I may be a little guy, but I’ve got a big heart, lots of love to give, and I’m very ready for my happily ever after. I came to rescue from a crowded shelter where I was running out of time, but thankfully I got my second chance. I’m a super friendly boy who loves meeting people. New friends? Amazing. Familiar faces? Even better! I’m always happy to see you and usually come with a wagging tail and cheerful little smile. I really just enjoy being part of the fun and close to my people. I also get along with other dogs and currently share my kennel area with 3 other dogs. I do especially well with female dogs, though, because I can sometimes get a little bossy with other boys. What can I say? I like to think I’m in charge sometimes. But overall, I’m still a very good boy and do just fine with proper introductions and respectful dog friends. I’m not sure how I do with cats or young kids yet, but I’ve shown everyone here what a sweet, happy companion I can be. I’m neutered, 4dx negative, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. I'm also current on proheart 12 and bravecto, so I’m all set and ready to start my next adventure with a family of my own. All I need now is someone to love me forever. Adoption fee: $300 Apply at: www.adoggie4you.org Mario is currently in Texas but can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington, Kentucky, and locations along the East Coast for an additional $250 transport fee. Story
Meet Oscar 🐾 Oscar is a one-of-a-kind little guy who is part Dachshund, part Chihuahua part Pittie, part mystery, and 100% lovable! With his long body and short little legs, he’s basically a hot dog with a Pittie smile. 😂❤️ Oscar is super affectionate, playful, and cuddly. At just barely a year old he has plenty of energy and loves to play, but when playtime is over, he’s more than happy to curl up with his favorite person. He also does wonderfully with other dogs and sleeps like a champ in his crate. 💤 He’s mostly potty trained and is learning more every day. He’s also apparently pursuing a career in interior design—he loves rearranging the dog beds and toys to create what he believes is the perfect layout. 😂 Oscar does have a mischievous side. He LOVES food and may occasionally jump on tables or go looking for snacks. In fact, this little genius has figured out how to open Tupperware! We believe some of this comes from his history of food insecurity, so he’s still learning that he doesn’t have to worry about where his next meal is coming from. ❤️ Oscar is sweet, silly, energetic, affectionate, and just the right amount of naughty. He’s looking for a family who will give him patience, structure, cuddles, playtime, and most importantly, the chance to finally feel safe and loved. Oscar may rearrange your furniture, steal your heart, and possibly figure out your Tupperware… but we promise he’s worth it. 🐶❤️ Local adoption fee is $350 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $650 (includes transport to your area)

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Rock, a sweet and gentle boy who’s so ready for a second chance at life. Rock came to us from a partnered shelter where he was sadly at risk of euthanasia due to lack of space—but thankfully, he got the chance he deserved. Born around June 13, 2025, Rock is a terrier/dachshund mix with an adorable long body and a soft, submissive personality. He’s a friendly, easygoing pup who gets along with everyone he meets, making him a great fit for many types of homes. Rock would truly love a family of his own where he can feel safe and loved. He LOEVS his toy time with friends in the play yard. Rock did test positive for anaplasmosis (a tick-borne infection) and has finished undergoing treatment with doxycycline. This is a common and treatable condition, and he’s expected to do well with proper care. For more information, you can read here: https://veterinarypartner.vin.com/default.aspx?pid=19239&id=6191808 He is neutered, 4dx tested, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and current on proheart 12 and bravecto. So he’s all set to start his new journey. His adoption fee is $300. Check out his video below! To apply, please visit www.adoggie4you.org and complete an application. Rock is currently in Texas but can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington, KY, and locations along the East Coast.
