Story
Meet Lola, an adorable 2–3-year-old Chiweenie weighing just 9 pounds of pure love. 💕 Lola did not have an easy start to life. She was roaming the streets for over two weeks, relying on the kindness of neighbors who fed her while she remained too fearful to be caught. Eventually, we were contacted to help. After setting a humane trap, we were finally able to bring Lola to safety. It’s clear that Lola’s past was not very kind to her. She is extremely shy and nervous around people at first. However, once she feels safe and bonds with her person, she truly blossoms. Lola becomes incredibly sweet and loving, enjoys giving kisses, loves being carried, and will happily follow you from room to room. She enjoys car rides, going to work with her person, eating (one of her favorite activities!), and playing with toys. Lola is a very special little girl, but she does have some quirks that her future family must understand and respect. She does not like strangers, children, large dogs, or female dogs. She does best with small male dogs only. Lola is almost fully potty trained but may have accidents if left unattended. She is kennel trained, though she does not particularly enjoy being kenneled. Lola is looking for a very special home—one that is patient, understanding, and willing to work with her at her pace. In return, she will be an incredibly loyal and devoted companion. Lola was heartworm positive when she entered rescue, but she has successfully completed her heartworm treatment. She is now fully vetted: • Spayed • Up to date on vaccines • Microchipped If you’re ready to open your heart and home to this unique and loving little girl, please complete an adoption application. Lola is waiting for her person. 🐾💗

If you love dogs with a big heart, a total snuggle bug, one who longs to be your lap dog and best friend, but has a small frame and little legs to match? Well look no further because Meghan Peanut Markel was made for you! Not only is she incredibly sweet but she is absolutely adorable!! So get ready for your phone to be overrun with Meghan content because that’s exactly what is going to happen the second you bring her home. Watch her video and fall in love with her: https://youtu.be/cQ-ztshK1RE?si=DDNUiPAVLgaCzqzE Meghan Markel is a Dachshund mix approximately 1 year old and currently weighs about 20lbs. She’s a little girl and the perfect size for lap snuggles, which are a favorite of hers! She is a rescue dog and with any rescue, it’s always a mystery and we cannot guarantee breed or age. Meghan is a bit shy at first when meeting new people, in new environments and may take a little time to warm up, but once she does, she’s all about affection and spoiling you with her gentle love. She truly shines as a lap dog and is happiest curled up close to her person, soaking in love and giving it right back. Her energy level is beautifully balanced, not too busy and not too sleepy. Just the right amount of energy, the kind of pup who fits perfectly into your routine. She enjoys getting out for walks (and walks nicely on a leash!) but is just as content relaxing at home snuggled up next you on the couch binge watching your favorite show or movie. She’s dog-friendly and has done great with every dog we have introduced her to. She has met dogs her size and smaller and has also been around dogs twice her size! No matter the size, Meghan has shown to be a polite gentle lady when she meets a dog on leash and shows that same level of gentleness when meeting dogs off leash. She isn’t a super playful girl with other dogs; she prefers calm companionship over rough-and-tumble play. Meghan has the kind of easygoing personality that allows her to thrive in many living situations. Her well-balanced energy level and polite leash manners make her a great neighbor-friendly companion. She would also be perfectly happy in a suburban home with a backyard, where she could enjoy sniffing around, sunbathing, and lounging after her walks. While she’d appreciate outdoor access, she doesn’t rely on a yard to be fulfilled; her happiness comes from companionship, not square footage. If you’re looking for a loyal little companion who bonds deeply, loves cuddles, and brings a steady, comforting presence into your life, Meghan may be exactly who you’ve been waiting for. We are willing to test Meghan Markel with anything you need in order to ensure it's a perfect match. We can make anything happen! Just let us know. Ready to welcome a new furry friend into your life? Story
Introducing Prince Harry Royalty, a tiny king with a heart so big it doesn’t quite fit in his little body. From the moment you meet him, you’ll understand why everyone falls instantly in love. Prince Harry is the kind of dog who melts into your lap, flips over for belly rubs, and looks at you like you’re his entire world. He is pure sweetness, pure love, and honestly… pure perfection. Check out his perfect self on his YouTube video now https://youtu.be/0InVX7Qydok?si=swDscDpMsAzT6Ytb Prince Harry is one year old and what we like to call the perfect size dog, small, short, and incredibly cuddly. He absolutely lives for affection. Belly rubs? Yes please. Lap time? All day. Kisses? His favorite thing ever (giving them and getting them). In new places or around new people, Prince Harry may take just a few minutes to warm up, but it’s all part of his gentle, thoughtful nature. Give him five minutes and he’s already acting like your lifelong best friend, snuggled up close and soaking in all the love. He is incredibly kind, soft-hearted, and deeply affectionate. Prince Harry recently met a 5year old and did so wonderfully with her, he loved her and gave her plenty of kisses. He would do so amazing in a home with kids! His coloring and pattern are beautifully unique, and combined with his sweet personality, he truly stands out. We believe Prince Harry is a Doxie / Shepherd mix, giving him that adorable short stature paired with a smart, loving soul. Prince Harry Royalty is the kind of dog who will bring endless cuddles, daily laughs, and so much love into your life. If you’re looking for a loyal little companion who just wants to adore you and be adored right back, this precious boy is ready to claim his throne… right in your lap. Adopt him now! Story
Located in Tennessee but can be transported to you through Rescue Riders. This girl was brought in with babies when her owner couldn't take care of her. She was not socialized very well so will need some work. She will need a very patient person to get her to come out of her shell. She was kept outside so she has no house manners, nor has she been with cats. She does do well with dogs her size and seems to like to play with them. She deserves a new chance to be a loved dog and companion. She will take a lot of time and investment but deserves a chance!
