He is so very sweet and loves people. He likes walks and hanging out with his humans. He is looking for a nice small breed mix family with a securely fenced yard. He was dumped on the streets when cold. He will do best with another dog companion his size or he can be the only dog. He loves humans/teens, dog beds, and toys. He likes dogs and cats. People say I remind them of cookies and cream when I give them sweet kisses on the nose or bump up and snuggle with them when they're feeling down. I am a Dachshund-Basset mix and medium sized about 30# full grown. Sitting on people's couches or laps is my favorite pastime as I get to snuggle close to the people I love, which is practically everyone! I LOVE OTHER DOGS TOO!! I definitely want a home with other dogs :) As I am a bit on the older side and lived on the streets until I was saved with my babies in my tummy. So there we were, living in a home... when BAM! One day the family up and MOVES WITHOUT US!!! We had NO IDEA what was happening! No Dear John letter, no food and water left for us, nowhere to go and no one to take care of us..... WELP, the MOVERS took us in!! I mean, that was amazing! So we got to the rescue because hardworking moving men cared enough about us to save us and find us a rescue!! Now we are loving life in our foster home, our foster family is SO COOL! Lots of excitement, fun people to meet and all kinds of shade/playtime! We are dachshund mixed pups, all different colors but lowriders for sure :) Our mom is the sweetest and most FUN mom!
