This sweet, young boy was found running the streets on his own. He had no collar and no microchip and no owner ever came forward to claim him. He is very friendly and very smart and only 13 pounds. We think he is close to a year old. He loves other dogs, cats kids, horses… He never meets a stranger. He will make a great addition to any family and would really love to have another playful fun dog around. He is fostered in Tennessee And will travel once his vetting is complete in a couple of weeks. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. 2nd Chance 4 Life Rescue is primarily a sanctuary for senior and medically needy dogs.  Every once in awhile you will see younger dogs but for the most part our dogs live out their life at the ranch at the request of their previous owners or their owners families.  We have many sponsorship dogs.  Our sponsors love to keep in touch and know how their sponsored fur buddy is doing :) When we have foster families we are thrilled to be able to take adoptable younger dogs :)  So if you have ever thought about becoming fosters please feel free to go to our foster/volunteer page and fill out an application. The Ranch located at 737 Taylor Rd., Windsor, PA is always looking for dedicated volunteers that will commit to at least a 2 hour shift per week at the rescue.  Volunteers work in play yards, help with laundry and feeding.  Some enjoy landscaping or carpentry projects and some like to bake for the healing center visitors :) Thank you for supporting our mission of caring for the elderly and medically needy souls that need us! Babe is gentle and affectionate. She enjoys curling up on her dog bed for a nap but is equally happy spending time playing and running with other dogs. Babe stays close to her people and enjoys being part of their daily routine. She does not seem to mind cats and has shown good manners around them. A home with a securely fenced yard and another dog would be ideal for Babe, giving her space to safely play, explore, and relax. I’m not sure what bred!!!She is a really good dog she is crate trained. Sometimes she goes to pee and poop in the crate when I have no one to take her outside. She is hyper but will not bite. She likes to play a lot and she needs to run around a lot as well! She eats a lot and she loves water like alot so much where she throws up. She has anxiety from me and my husband not being home as much always working. So if you can have her outside so she’s not bored that would be okay or if you can be around her all the time that’s good as well. She doesn’t know how to walk on the leash because we just let her run freely ! She is amazing and would love to have fun with you .
