Story

This is Sam. He is a gentle and smart dog who needs a good forever home. We rescued Sam a little over a year ago expecting to be able to be that forever home for him, but we aren’t able to give him the attention and love he deserves since having children. He is amazing with our 9 month old, so small children are not an issue for him. He loves being outside but he is an indoor boy. He is kenneled trained, potty trained, and he doesn’t chew up belongings that aren’t his. We did his shots ourselves so we don’t have proof of them, but we can get him neutered and an updated rabies shot with proof. Upon adoption we will rehome him with his bed, kennel, collar, and his electric collar with remote Also we will supply some of his food that he is currently on to be able to transition him to a new food if that is what you desire. He is extremely sweet and just needs a loving home.

Spot belongs to my 83 year old mother-in- law who now needs residential care and can no longer keep him. She got him about 3 years ago for her grandson to play with when he was at her house. He stays outside there. We would like for him to have a good home because he is a sweet dog and good with kids. She did not take him for check-ups and updates on his immunizations so we will gladly pay for that and to neuter him.

I have a shepherd pit mix named Rudi Ray that I love dearly, but he's too much for me to handle right now. My job keeps me away from home more hours than I'm home, and that is not fair to him. I initially caved and brought him home because he needed a place to go, but I now realize I don't have the time he deserves.Rudi Ray is:• A loyal and very loving companion• Approximately one year old with a lot of puppy energy• Neutered and up to date on all vaccinations• Housetrained and good with other dogs and kids• A strong, stout boy who is very eager to pleaseBecause he is so stout and tends to jump, he has accidentally hurt some of the kids in our family, so I want to find him a home where someone can teach him everything he needs to learn to be safe and happy. Mambo is an absolute sweetheart...he definitely has the lab energy but with a very lovey side!! He will be 2 years old November 30th. He loves to run and play and loves to snuggle!! He will lay right next to you with his head on you if you let him. 😊 We've had him since the day he was born (his mama is my son's dog), so he's been raised around other dogs and cats...he likes cats, but can be a little forceful with his love at times. 😂 He would be a sweet addition to your home!!!

Story

Chewy is an amazing 7 year old dog. He's potty trained, and was adopted in 2020. He's protective, loyal, and extremely cuddly. He loves to run outside and loves being petted and loved on. The one downside he has is that he resource guards things: food and toys. I recently had a baby in November of 2025. When he feels they are being taken from him, he does growl. My son is crawling now and when he crawls towards the Chewy, he growls because he thinks the baby is going to take his toys. He doesn't do this with other dogs. This is the ONLY issue we're having, and we feel it would be best for him to be in a home that only has 1 other dog, where he gets to sleep in the bed and be cuddled, and for someone that needs a great guard dog. It's just not as compatible with a child and another on the way. He can go all day without going outside if needed, and he loves walks. He really is the best, he just needs to be in a home without children. LOVES treats. Very food driven!

He's two years old and very destructive. He's a sweetheart and non aggressive but he has a tendency to destroy everything. The only thing that survived so far is t-shirts. He chipped and house broken. Needs a full medical work because his records were lost before me. He needs a proper groomer and a lot of training. Please help.
