Story
He’s @5 years old. Better to be the only pet. Not recommended around small kids because he doesn’t know his own strength and can be hyper and very playful. He likes car rides and knows the commands to sit, shake, & lay down. He is very treat motivated. Hoping to find a good home with good space & love He was my cousin’s dog but he passed away @1 year ago & now my aunt is having health issues of her own & is no longer able to care for him. She has been going through chemotherapy that has weakened her & now she has been hospitalized, so we are hoping to rehome him as soon as possible but only to someone who will be able to take care of him.He really is a sweet & good boy who is very loveable, but unfortunately we are not able to keep him.

Story
Meet Lady, our sweet and affectionate flat-coated retriever who truly brings joy wherever she goes. At about 18 months old, Lady is still young, playful, and full of life. We found her out in the country a few months ago, and from the moment she joined our family, she has shown nothing but love and loyalty. Lady has a gentle, caring nature that makes her wonderful with kids, other animals, and adults alike. She’s incredibly social and thrives on being around people, always ready to greet you with a wagging tail and a happy spirit. Full of energy and enthusiasm, she loves to play and be part of the action, but she also has a calm, comforting side. One of her favorite things to do is lay near your feet or snuggle up close for cuddles, just happy to be by your side. With her kind heart and friendly personality, Lady isn’t just a pet, she’s a truly special companion.

Story
Meet Darling a lovable, sweet Terrier/Feist mix dog. (We are not sure exactly what breed Darling is, she is very unique) Darling is about two years old (maybe younger) and has a lot of playful energy. She was abandoned in an orchard with her 6 puppies, but has adapted to her new life wonderfully. She is shy when meeting someone new but has a loving disposition when she warms up. She has a soft black coat with a white patch on her chest. When she isn’t playing, she loves to curl up next to you for attention. You won’t believe how amazing she is! Darling is up to date on vaccines, spay, dewormed, flea and parasite free, microchipped and ready for her loving forever home. Over time with our family Darling has become reactive and very protective when other unknown dogs are present. She is currently in a training course to help her become more comfortable when new dogs are present, but she would probably benefit from being either the only dog in a family or adopted with Tramp, her son. She is a very smart girl and has been learning commands during training well. Additionally, Darling is not a fan of cats even though she is living with quite a few, she doesn't bother any of them but she does watch them very closely. Darling is potty/crate trained, leash trained, and follows direct commands. As Tramp and Darling have now been together for almost a year, ideally, we would love to see them go to the same forever home. If you are interested in adopting Darling please complete the adoption application at: https://kittentalesrescue.org/adoption-application/ (Our primary focus is on kittens so the application is geared toward cat traits)
