Hey! I'm Lilo, nice to meet you! I've been here for almost a year. These humans saved me. My story wasn't a very good one. But you know what? It's not what defines us. I've come a long way in my healing journey. These humans have been like my therapists, lol! I've calmed down a lot. I love watching all the people come through the office. Most other dogs don't bother me. It might take me a minute to warm up to them, but they don't bother me. They only things that still gets on my nerves are.....cats. Those little furballs can stay far, far away from me!! I get scared of thunderstorms. But really, who doesn't?! I get special treats on those nights to help me stay calm. They play special music. It's really nice. I sing the song of my people to calm my nerves. So far, I have survived each storm. My biggest wish is to have a home of my own. With lots of toys! I love to play fetch! If you want to be my mom or dad, please come and get me. I want to go home!

Hey, Theo here. So now that I've been here awhile, I thought I would give an update. I've learned a lot about myself and I've been reflecting. I've learned that I'm pretty smart. One night, I figured out how to open my kennel door. Boy was I surprised!! I had the freedom to explore the whole place by myself. I didn't destroy not one thing! I peed on a few things, but....I didn't break anything, lol. I like to play keep away with the humans. I think it's so funny for them to chase me. I'm sassy like that. But I'm also a guy that needs hugs. I love getting pets and belly rubs. It makes me feel special to get that one on one time with the humans. Anywho, I hope that someone finds me cute. Even though sometimes, I'm annoying.

He showed up in the neighborhood right after labor day weekend. He had a collar on so we tried to find his family. He looks well taken care of. After 2 months of posting him and fliers no one was come forward. I have 5 dogs and can not keep him. He gets along with other dogs. We don't have any cats so I am not sure about that. We need to find this sweet boy a good home.
