Story
Please contact Pet (information@pethelpersinc.org) for more information about this pet.     Meet Detective Ace Starr! Ace is a retired pet detective from the East Coast. We were contacted about taking this handsome old man in because his mom fell ill. Ace is 18 years old. He is a young 18 though. He still likes to walk around the yard and take in some sunshine with his foster siblings. We let him have plenty of time investigating the yard. Mostly with his nose because he cannot see that well. Ace also finds enjoyment in morning, afternoon and nighttime naps. He likes a good hearty meal and lots of treats. His favorite shows to fall asleep to are on the I.D. Channel. We call it the investigate dog channel. Some super cute moments with Ace involve dance parties when you come home and sitting on his bum waving his paws when he wants picked up. Ace is looking for a permanent retirement home. He got a good report from the vet. His thyroid was a little iffy, but not enough to require meds. He is being treated with drops for his dry eye. His spy eye. Ace was flea treated and wormed. If you have an interest in giving this handsome older gentleman a home click the link and apply https://www.pethelpersinc.org/adoption-application/ . He will be doing a background check out of habit.   Adoption Fees: PUPPIES (under 1 year) $250.00,   Includes spay or neuter, rabies vaccine, age appropriate vaccines, heartworm/lyme test (if applicable), two rounds of dewormer, one round of flea medicine and microchip. Story
Please contact Pet (information@pethelpersinc.org) for more information about this pet.   Bertie the girl with the beautiful smile! Meet Bertie! We picked her up from animal control after her owner left her there. Bertie was in bad shape. She was skinny with her bones showing and overgrown nails. We got Bertie to the vet immediately to find out she is diabetic. She also has trouble with her vision which is probably related to her diabetes. We got Bertie started on insulin and a special diet. She is doing great. Bertie is the sweetest little girl. She is so loveable and cuddly. She is doing great with the other dogs in her home. We would like to find her a home with experience with diabetes. If you would like to be considered apply here. https://www.pethelpersinc.org/adoption-application/ In the meantime we would like to ask for donations for her care. Bertie has a wish list and links for donations on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/1T5ILFWIDHO7I... We have PayPal for her insulin and vet care PayPal.me/penniesforpets For more information on this animal email adoptionisforever@pethelpersinc.org. Story
Please contact Pet (information@pethelpersinc.org) for more information about this pet.   This very cute boy is Archie! Archie is a beagle mix who seems to really like playing with all the dogs in his foster home. He is a happy boy but can definitely be a little shy on 1st meeting him. Takes him a minute to warm up. Archie likes to cuddle with his foster mom but playing with the other dogs in the fenced in yard seems to be his favorite thing to do. So Archie will definitely need a doggie sibling who likes to play. Archie is approx 11 months old and is crate trained and seems to be housebroke. Archie is neutered, utd on shots, microchipped and flea treated. He weighs around 45 lbs. If you think Archie would make a good addition to your family... please apply at https://www.pethelpersinc.org/adoption-application/ He is being fostered in Clarksburg, WV     Adoption Fees: PUPPIES (under 1 year) $250.00,   Includes spay or neuter, rabies vaccine, age appropriate vaccines, heartworm/lyme test (if applicable), two rounds of dewormer, one round of flea medicine and microchip. Story
Please contact Pet (information@pethelpersinc.org) for more information about this pet.   Oakley here, formally known as Oreo from the cookie litter last year! This year for my first birthday I am looking for my forever home! I have moved back in with my foster parents after almost a year of not being here! I am looking for my forever home now for my 1st birthday! That would be the best birthday present ever! I really like kids and wouldn't mind another dog friend my size or bigger to play with! Farm animals, and smaller animals just make me too excited to be around! I would loved a fenced in yard or someone who wants to take lots of long walks, like really really long walks. I will need an active family that can help me run out all of my energy! I walk well on a leash, and ride amazing in the car. I am crate trained and doing super awesome with house training. I love toys that keep my mind busy! I love pets and cuddles just as much as I love walks, runs, jogs, and hikes!! I am up to date on my shots, I have been neutered, on flea/tick prevention and microchipped! If you think I would be the perfect fit to your family please fill out the application at the link below! https://www.pethelpersinc.org/adoption-application     Adoption Fees: PUPPIES (under 1 year) $250.00,   Includes spay or neuter, rabies vaccine, age appropriate vaccines, heartworm/lyme test (if applicable), two rounds of dewormer, one round of flea medicine and microchip. Story
Please contact Pet (information@pethelpersinc.org) for more information about this pet.   Hey! It’s me Lucy! That’s my butt on the left. I am still looking for a forever companion. Not just a walk in the park. I am an avid couch surfer. Give me a toy and couch, and I am golden! A couch in front of a window is great, so I can greet the visitors and neighbors. I am a typical hound dog who likes to sing songs to my people. Rocking all the time! I also like to go on adventures in the neighborhood. A great day for me would be a nice long walk followed by dinner and some couch time with my human! If you would like to discuss me more and hear more about my personality hit this link and apply! https://www.pethelpersinc.org/adoption-application/ Likes: Couches Cats (a little too much) Car rides Walks Food Most other dogs! (Not bossy ones) P.S. Don’t just hit me up because you like my butt! Hit me up because you want to get to know me better.
My name is Poppy and I need your help. I found myself in need of a new home at no fault of my own. Here is my resume: Poppy's mommy passed away unexpectedly on November 20, 2023. She has been through a lot since then. I've been told she is a coonhound mix. She weighs 57 pounds. She is black and tan with white mixed in on her lovely mature face. She is spayed and up to date on all of her vaccinations. She has a full year of Heartguard and a brand new Seresto flea and tick collar that's still in the can. She just had her annual check up in October 2023. She is around 8 years old and has a lot of life in her. She warms up to people easily and loves other dogs. She loves her person and loves belly rubs. She knows basic commands and is completely housebroken. Poppy is a happy little dog, and she will be an excellent pet in the right home. Poppy does not do well with cats! Anyone who is interested in her please apply. This dog has been loved and cared for. She will only go to a home that can provide the same. Please share this post so we can help Poppy find her home.
