I found Ivy as an 8 week puppy. She loves playing fetch, and snacks. She listens very well and is a snuggle bug. She is 7 years old now. Im very busy with a sick wife and children. So I dont have the time for her that I used to. Im looking for someone who can give her a loving home.

Story

Pj will be 3 on October 31 2026, I have had him since we was 7 weeks old. He is a very energetic dog and needs to stay active in order to not get bored and cause him to be destructive. He loves going for walks-runs and he’s a great hiking buddy. I think he would make a great hunting dog with the proper training. He knows the basic commands sit/lay/shake. I don’t recommend him being around small children as he gets very excited and does jump a lot. He’s friendly with other dogs if introduced properly. He does not do well off leash as he will chase just about anything and always has his nose on the ground sniffing. He requires a lot of attention and must be crated when left home alone or he will eat anything in his sight as he has separation anxiety. He needs someone who can take him everywhere with them and give him the time he deserves.

This silly hound girl is a social butterfly who is immediately friendly with new people and does wonderfully with children. She has a nice middle-of-the-road energy level and enjoys getting out for walks and exploring, although she would choose following an interesting scent over playing with a toy just about every time. Food, on the other hand, absolutely gets her attention. Juniper is already house trained, walks well on a leash, and is an affectionate, easygoing companion when she is not busy investigating whatever her nose has discovered. Juniper's best fit: Juniper would be a great fit for a family looking for a friendly, semi-active dog who wants to be included without needing constant entertainment. Like a proper hound, she can be clever about finding her way out of an enclosure, so her future family will need to take secure containment seriously and keep an eye on her outdoors.
