Story

Genghis was rescued as a kitten from the border in Southern California. From his early days, we knew he was a shy guy. But as he got more comfortable in his new home, he stopped hiding, and started asking for pets and attention. He is well mannered and playful, and also reserved and cautious. He likes to go outside and watch birds, but will rush to the door if he hears a sudden noise. He is cautious of other pets, but will grow more comfortable around them once he knows they aren’t a threat to him. He truly has brought joy to my family and is going to be missed dearly. My hope is that you fall in love with him just as much as I have.

Peychaud is extremely beautiful and sweet! He is bonded to Skye & Whiskey, and they must be adopted together. These sweet babies are waiting for their forever home! They were definitely someone’s pets at one time, but for some unknown reason, they were dumped and left to fend for themselves off of a busy highway. Thankfully, we were able to help and got them inside before anything worse happened. All 3 kitties have adjusted well to being indoors only. He has excellent litter box manners and uses a scratching post well. All three kitties are great with other cats and are tolerant of dogs. The trio needs a quiet home, without small children. Mits is a sweet and playful little girl who is still learning that the world can be a safe place. Loud noises can make her nervous, so she will need a patient, understanding home that gives her time to come out of her shell at her own pace. Because of her shy personality, Mits would do best in a home without children. While she does not like being carried or picked up, Mits loves being close to her humans and will happily lie beside you or even on you while relaxing. Don’t let her fluffy exterior fool you Mits can move faster than lightning when she gets the zoomies! She loves toys that move, chasing laser lights, sunbathing near the window, and relaxing in her cat tree house. One of Mits’ quirks is playing with her foster mom’s hair, and she also enjoys “talking” to her humans throughout the day. Mits absolutely LOVES Churu treats and enjoys dry food during the day and wet food in the evenings. She is also okay with other cat friendly. Meet Fancy! Fancy is a 3 year old, medium-haired female calico. Fancy can to use underweight and with fractured teeth. After a dental, lots of snacks, and some TLC, she`s doing much better and is finally ready for a forever home. Fancy is independent, vocal, and a nap queen. She loves pets and attention, but mostly on her own terms. She is friendly to everyone, even if she has a bit of a cat-titude. Renters must provide proof of pet deposit and/or written permission by landlord to have a pet.ADOPTION FEES: Includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, fecal, and heartworm test (dogs) or FeLV/FIV test (cats). All cats and dogs are current on heartworm and flea preventative. $275 for puppies under 6 months of age and $225 for dogs older than 6 months. $175 for kittens under 6 months of age and $150 for cats older than 6 months.
