Story
Meet Sassy! Sassy is a beautiful long hair girl. She is super sweet and loves to sit on your lap. She loves to be petted and brushed. She is loyal to her human. She is quiet and easy going. Sassy has been a single kitty for the past 6 years. She is currently being fostered with other kitties and has shown she could learn to get along with a quiet friend. Sassy was originally rescued when she was 6 months old. She is now 6 years old and someone in her home developed allergies. She is looking for her second chance home. ************************************** Our adoption fees are $125 for one, $200 for 2, and cover the spay/neuter, age-appropriate shots, microchip, combo test, deworming, and collar and ID tag. We require our adopters are 21 years old or older, keep the cat inside only (unless on a leash/harness or in a catio), and do not declaw.

Story
All of our cats are current on vaccines, combo tested (FIV/FELV) , spayed/neutered, microchipped, given rabies vaccine as age appropriate, flea treatment and dewormer as needed   Peanut, approx DOB 11/17/19, was abandoned when his previous owners moved out of their apartment. Fortunately, he found a feral colony that was being fed to hang out with, but the outside world was no life for him. To make matters worse, he ended up with a horrible ear infection while he was outside which resulted in him becoming mostly deaf. He can sometimes hear really loud noises, but we estimate his hearing loss to be about 80-85%. Additionally, since he was abandoned, he is very slow to warm up to people and trust them, but he absolutely adores other cats and is very dependent on them. For the most part, he does not even want to eat unless he has a friend to keep him company. Peanut will be looking for a quiet home with at least one other very cat-friendly cat to be his BFF. Peanut's favorite activities are lounging around looking regal, playing with track ball towers, and getting wet food. He really enjoys being petted, but can still be a bit shy to accept the pets until he realizes how awesome they are .  T-AW**Want to adopt? Story
DOB 11/01/20 - Jamie/Jamison is a stunning boy that is approx 2 yrs old. Playful, very curious, flops in your lap belly up for rubs. Loves catnip mice and jingly balls. Jamie loves other cats and grew up with medium sized dogs. He enjoys playing chase with his foster siblings and hanging out high in a cat tree or flopped on the back of the couch. He has a very minor daily need - he takes 1/8tsp miralax once daily because he was born with atresia Ani (small rectal opening). He takes his medicine easily, mixed with 3ml water and syringed in his mouth slowly. Adoptions are by appointment only. For inquiries on kittens, please email DallasCatLadyInfo@gmail.com. You must be over 25 to adopt with proof of ID. Adoption Fee is $65 to and helps cover the care and vetting done to date. ##1511000##

DOB 6/15/22 - Sweet Foxy Polk is a cat's cat! She loves to snuggle with her cat friends whenever possible. She is an excellent climber and loves to play on the cat tower. She is especially good at hiding in plain sight. She will have her head hidden and thinks no one is the wiser! She is a beautiful little girl who took some time to decompress in her foster home. Foxy is Litter Robot trained and likes to eat dry food and never says no to some delicious canned food!  For inquiries, please email DallasCatLadyInfo@gmail.com.  You must be a US citizen over 25 years old to adopt with proof of ID.  Adoption fee is $100 which helps cover all the vetting done to date. ##1873166##

Story
Lilac Brooke was born on the first of February in a warm, safe home where her mom had been placed just in time to give birth during an unseasonably cold winter spell. This little girl has never known what street life is like but is naturally reserved and cautious. Lilac Brooke takes her time getting to know new people and situations. She will thrive in a calm, quiet home where she can be herself without others’ expectations being placed on her little shoulders. Good days are days when nothing unexpected happens, and Lilac can go from one routine to another without disruption. She will need an experienced adopter who understands and respects her uniqueness. We don’t DNA test our kitties, but we think she looks like he could be a Maine coon-type mix. Most cats in the US are made up of a variety of different breeds, and we think Lilac falls into that category as well. Either way, we know she’s 100% cute! Lilac Borooke is up-to-date on vaccinations and is spayed and microchipped. She is litter-box trained and uses cat trees and scratching posts appropriately. Story
Harker is the bravest kitten in her litter, much like her namesake- Jonathan Harker from Dracula.   Even though she’s very brave, this little girl looks like she has seen some… stuff. But despite her haunted and shocked expression, Harker is an absolute sweetheart of a kitten and is on the hunt for vampires, fun, and her forever home. She’d love to live in a big gothic castle, but she will forgive you if you have castle taste on a studio apartment budget. As long as you have time to give her love, attention, vet care, and snacks.  Like most kittens, Harker loves kitty companions and would love to be adopted into a home with a resident cat or with one of her siblings (Maybe Applebottom or Robin?) Harker is too young to be eligible for a full adoption. However, she is eligible for our Foster-to-Adopt program!  Foster-to-Adopt Program Details We are an all-volunteer, foster-based, non-profit organization We don’t have a physical location; all cats and kittens live in foster homes until they are formally adopted. Our foster-to-adopt program allows us to match cats and kittens with their forever family before they’re eligible for adoption. Eligible cats and kittens are placed in a foster’s home with the intention of adoption after required medical care is completed. Foster-to-Adopt foster parents are required to schedule and bring their cats(s) and/or kitten(s) to veterinary appointments at the Animal Medical Center of Richardson as needed.  Foster-to-adopters must meet all of the eligibility requirements RHS has for adopters.  Cats and kittens eligible for our foster-to-adopt program must pay a $50 non-refundable deposit at time of drop-off that will be deducted from the animal’s adoption fee of $125.    RHS Adoption Process and Requirements Meet the Adoption Criteria. Story
Robin has the softest fur and the cutest little fur mask on his face. Despite looking like part of a crime fighting duo, Robin has reported that he’d commit *a lot* of crimes for a good snack. Good day? Time for a snack. Bad day? Time for a snack. Got tickets to the Chapell Roan concert? Time for a snack. Didn’t get tickets to the Chappell Roan concert? Time to cry AND have a snack. Just had a snack? Time for a snack! Truly, this kiddo’s capacity and love for snacks is endless. But even more than a good snack, Robin is looking for his forever home where he can be loved and cherished. He’d love to be adopted with one of his siblings like Harker or Cheez!
