Story
Meet beautiful Marie. She andd her siblings were rescued by a kind feral feeder and brought to Take Me Home Rescue. At first, Marie was unsure about humans, but she quickly learned that people can be gentle, fun, and safe. Marie is a shy, thoughtful kitten who prefers to observe before jumping in. She often sits back and watches her brothers explore something new, then confidently joins once she knows it’s safe. Quiet and gentle, Marie enjoys lounging on the couch or cat tree, keeping an eye on her brothers as they wrestle—though she’s happy to join the fun when the mood strikes. She knows how to stand her ground, too, and will politely let her brothers know when she’s had enough. Her favorite toys are a string wand and her beloved spring toy—which she prefers not to share! Marie would thrive in a patient, loving home that gives her time to settle in, especially one with another friendly cat or if adopted alongside one of her siblings. She has also been exposed to a small dog that visits her foster home and is comfortable around them. Marie is a gentle soul who will blossom beautifully with love and patience. Her estimated birth date is October 4, 2025. Cats adopted from TMHPR are indoor only. ##2580951##

Story
Razzle and Dazzle are two charming male kittens with striking black and white tuxedo coats. Razzle has soft fur and distinctive facial markings that give him the appearance of sporting a goatee, while Dazzle’s luxurious long hair and bushy tail make him a true showstopper. Together, they weigh between 10-11 lbs and are both playful, curious, and affectionate. Razzle is chatty and loves to climb, chase small toys, and get his head scratched, while Dazzle enjoys interactive play and is laid back and quiet. Both boys are closely bonded, and they thrive in each other’s company, with a special attachment to their mother, Roxy, who is also available for adoption. These two sweet kittens have been raised in a foster home with plenty of socialization, where they’ve interacted with their mother, brother, and the foster’s two female cats. They are fully litter box trained and have shown great affection toward their human caregivers. While they are both independent, they would do best in a home where they can stay together, as they share a deep bond. They are also good with other cats and children, making them ideal companions for a family looking to add more love and energy to their home. Razzle, Dazzle, and their mother were rescued from the streets of NW Dallas, where they had been living in difficult conditions. Texas Pawprints stepped in to provide the medical care they needed, including parasite treatment, neutering, and vaccinations. Thanks to their foster, the family is now healthy and ready for adoption. Razzle and Dazzle are looking for a loving home that will offer them the playtime, attention, and affection they deserve—preferably one that will allow them to stay together, as they are happiest when they are side by side. DOB: March 2024 ************************************** Our adoption fees are $125 for one, $200 for 2, and cover the spay/neuter, age-appropriate shots, microchip, combo test, deworming, and collar and ID tag. We require our adopters are 21 years old or older, keep the cat inside only (unless on a leash/harness or in a catio), and do not declaw.

Smudge is a certified fluff ball with a playful streak and an impressively calm vibe. He enjoys a good toy, a better nap, and being quietly nearby while you do your thing. Super sweet, low-key affectionate, and basically impossible not to love.  He loves to play and snuggle with his brother Tigger. ##2635257##

Story
DOB 2/29/2024  Hey, it's Midori I'm a handsome dude with a soft, fluffy coat and a purr machine that won't quit . I'm super sweet, but I admit it – I'm very shy at first. My brother, Giovanni and I lost our home through no fault of our own.  Once I get comfy and know my new home is my forever home, I'm all about the snuggles and love. I make biscuits like they're going out of style (my humans say it's adorable), and I LOVE being held, petted, and – best of all – in your lap for pets. That's my happy place. I'm always seeking attention, but it's because I have so much love to give! I like sleeping with my humans – it's cozy. And after proper intros, I get along great with other calm, sweet cats. Speaking of which... I LOVE my brother, Giovanni. We're pals, and I'd be thrilled if we could find a home together.  If you're looking for a snuggle buddy who's a total softie at heart, I'm your guy! For inquiries, please email DallasCatLadyInfo@gmail.com.  You must be over 25 years old to adopt with proof of ID.  Adoption donation is $85.00 which helps cover all the vetting done to date.  Must live in the DFW area. ##2647853##

Story
Our next events to meet our pets:  Saturday October 25, 2025 at Half Price Books in Richardson, Texas from 1-3PM 100 S Central Expy, Richardson, TX 75080   Meet Enoki, one of our little Mushrooms! This sweet kitten is ready to find her forever home. She love snuggling and playing and would thrive in a variety of homes!  Please note: We don’t DNA test our kittens, but we think Enoki looks like she could be a Maine coon-type mix. She's likely a domestic long hair mix, but "Maine coon" has become synonymous with long haired cats. Most cats in the US are made up of a variety of different breeds, and we think Enoki falls into that category as well. Either way, we know she’s 100% cute!  Enoki is too young to be eligible for a full adoption. However, he is eligible for our Foster-to-Adopt program!  Foster-to-Adopt Program Details We are an all-volunteer, foster-based, non-profit organization We don’t have a physical location; all cats and kittens live in foster homes until they are formally adopted. Our foster-to-adopt program allows us to match cats and kittens with their forever family before they’re eligible for adoption. Eligible cats and kittens are placed in a foster’s home with the intention of adoption after required medical care is completed. Foster-to-Adopt foster parents are required to schedule and bring their cats(s) and/or kitten(s) to veterinary appointments at the Animal Medical Center of Richardson as needed.  Foster-to-adopters must meet all of the eligibility requirements RHS has for adopters.  Cats and kittens eligible for our foster-to-adopt program must pay a $50 non-refundable deposit at time of drop-off that will be deducted from the animal’s adoption fee of $135.  Our Adoption Process: Meet the Adoption Criteria. Before you do anything else, make sure you meet our adoption criteria. You must be at least 21 years old. You must live within a 60-mile radius of Richardson, Texas. You must share veterinary records for all pets currently in your home and all pets owned in the last five years. All pets in the home must be spayed or neutered. If you rent your home, you must provide verification that pets are allowed on the property. You must be willing to be interviewed by an adoption counselor and you must undergo an in person or virtual home visit from an RHS representative. Complete Application.  https://www.richardsonhumanesociety.org/adopt/ Phone Interview/Vet Check. Compatible applicants will be forwarded to a counselor who will contact the applicant for a phone interview. We also get a reference from your vet, if applicable. Home Visit. If all the steps above are completed satisfactorily, we will set up a visit where you can meet the pet you are interested in. We will try to include the foster parent so you can learn more about how the pet is in a home environment. Due to COVID, we may ask you to send a video of your yard and the pet's expected living space. Complete Adoption. If all feel it is a good match, we will schedule the adoption at your home or an off-site location. The applicant will need to complete the adoption contract and pay the adoption fee. Our adoption fee is $250 for adult dogs, $300 for puppies (under 1 year) and $135 for cats. Discounts are available for senior-aged pets. ##2473539##
