Matilda was abandoned by her first "family" and left to fend for herself in an area with established feral cats who are NOT welcoming of others. She was bullied, which put her on the defensive. She is currently housed in a cat-friendly home but prefers spending time with people rather than with the other cats. She would flourish as the queen of the household.Matilda LOVES any attention she can get from people, she loves to be near. She is a very communicative girl and will often purr upon seeing you, chirp and do little meows when you talk to her as well as when she wants your attention. She also LOVES food - dry and wet. Since she is medium-haired, it's important to ensure her diet has adequate fiber and moisture to minimize hairballs. She is spayed, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, combo tested negative for FIV and FELV, and has received her rabies and FVRCP vaccines.

My name is Jolteon aka Jojo and my superhero cape is yellow. My secret super power is the ability to melt into liquid on your body. I prefer clay litter, vertical styles of scratchers, and my favorite toys are soft balls, crinkle toys, wands, feathers, and dental toys. I’m prepared for a relaxed lifestyle with a potential for some changes in our routine. I’m best with teenagers or adults. I have the best relationships with adult or senior cats who are active and receptive to new experiences, but may be a great solo cat. I have experience with dogs but would prefer to not live with them. I am a rookie hero who needs reminders with some training to use my super powers productively. I am equal parts active and calm and occasional bursts of energy. I feel happiest indoors or with safe secured access outside. I am cuddly and I like to be touched everywhere when being picked up or held. I am a lapcat and like to be on your lap. I am shy and am comfortable with some visitors.

As a bottle baby he has had lots of snuggles and handling. Arlo has been exposed to dogs, adult cats and adults and teenagers (no young children). Arlo's sister has been adopted and he is quite sad that his sister is gone.  He would love to be adopted with another kitten or to go to a home with humans who are home a lot.
