It’s our director’s favorite Eeveelution, Jolteon, aka JoJo, and he’s ready to meet you! This shockingly handsome boy has swirly stripes and is the KING of headbutts. He simply can’t get enough of ear and face rubs from his foster mom. He’s a goofy boy who has been known to fall asleep on the edge of shelves and rolling off. He would love a home with another cat, but isn’t sure how he feels about dogs. This foster home belongs to our Director and works with the cats who are considered unadoptable when they arrive. This home specializes in cats who have been abused, neglected, abandoned, and who have severe medical concerns upon arrival. They are also our spicy kitten socialization guru and their superheroes are always learning new skills. This home has 2 large, low energy dogs, multiple foster cats, and frequent visitors. Carver is a handsome, hunk of cat who’s looking to make a name for himself in a new home. It didn’t take him long to trust and love being around people-especially once he figured out his foster parents have the best treat stash. He is affectionate, confident, polite with adult cats, playful, and gentle. He would be happiest in a INDOOR-ONLY home with a playful cat companion and people who will take things slow. He has been introduced to large, calm, livestock guardians and small, senior terriers-but he is naturally hesitant and anxious around them. He lives with adults who work full time. Yuffie is an effervescent ray of sun that steals the show everywhere she goes. Aside her unbearably sweet chirps, gentle biscuit making, and kissable face-she’s a gentle, happy, and loving companion who hasn’t met a human she doesn’t like. She can be assertive with other young cats, but minds her manners well with older companions. This Fairfield, CA native cat is a long hair tortie/tabby or torbie and named for the Final Fantasy character. This foster home has adult cats of all ages and personalities who teach our superheroes manners, boundaries, and social skills. This home has 2 adults who work a typical 9-5 schedule. They travel occasionally, consistently trim nails, play with, brush, and cuddle with their fosters. They have grandchildren who visit infrequently. These fosters are typically not good with dogs. Houdini is the largest of his litter and a confident little adventurer. He loves playing with his siblings and batting around toys, and when he decides it’s cuddle time, he’ll happily curl up for affection. Houdini would do well as an only cat, and he gets along great with dogs. His experience with kids is unknown. He can be a bit food aggressive, but he’s learning his manners quickly.
