Kay is a 10 year old cat who enjoys is being pet, scratches, kisses, and occasionally cuddles. She’s very sweet and calm. Her favorite toys would be any random string and red dot laser pointer. Kay also enjoys sleeping in boxes and other types of small spaces She does not enjoy other cats, dogs, being picked up, or high energy environments. Since Kay is an older cat, she is a stubborn cat. She needs a calm and patient owner.

Story
Say Hello to Mr. Milo! He is approx 3 years old, neutered and has had his rabies shot. A Good Samaritan took Milo in when she found him outside with a nasty wound. He was treated at the vet and given antibiotics, steroids and an anti-inflammatory. She nursed him back to health, but cannot keep him as her Main Coon is extremely territorial and aggressive. He's very loving and has a great personality. Won't you please give Milo a second chance a a happy life? He certainly deserves it!! Submit our very simple application at mulligananimalrescue.com. THANK YOU!!

Story
Oh, hello, I didn't see you there! Pleased to make your acquaintance. My name is Sweetpea and I am thrilled that you're here. I may be up there in age, but I can still "get down" (do the kids still say that?) and party! At the same time, I do enjoy a leisurely stroll at my human's side, a good nap here and there, and a nice grooming session (maybe you can brush me?). Don't forget the head scratches, either! So, would you like to make friends with this lil old lady? To see more of Sweetpea in action, please follow this link: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1jI4vIBVzGcFcI4q35OKtnLZd9Stpnnd4?usp=drive_link If you're interested in adopting this animal, please come meet them at our shelter! Story
I'm a playful chonker who loves warm hugs, lap naps, and making sure that you're always smiling! Thumper is the classic gentlecat. He will keep you company with his warm, gentle touch, and will even provide free massages. He loves quiet spaces and is a sucker for shopping bags if you leave them on the floor! This intuitive guy knows when you're feeling down, and will make sure you're feeling better by giving you some affection before his daily nap. Thumper arrived with very weak hind legs that made it hard for him to get around, but he's improved by leaps and bounds in his foster home and now trots through the house whenever he feels like it! He's looking for a home with limited stairs since his hind limb mobility is still a bit limited. Come meet this beautifully handsome cat today! Story
This gorgeous fluff is Chloe and she's looking for the perfect retirement window seat. Could that be with you? Ten is the new five! Chloe acts half her age and tends to alternate between gluing herself to your lap and wanting to play- wand toys are her current favorite. She will greet you at the door after you've been gone, and she also has a fabulous purr that she turns on and off with ease. Otherwise she's a pretty quiet gal! Chloe's favorite place is in a window seat, soaking up the rays and being a busybody - she enjoys watching all the birds and street drama! She loves a warm, comfy bed- including your lap when it's available. She especially adores making biscuits on her human's tummy and is quite the cuddler! Chloe has been through a lot so can be startled by fast movements and too much handling if it isn't on her terms. She's looking for a patient, loving home that will give her space and time to adjust to yet another new home, and with someone who will not take it personally if she gets stressed, opinionated, or grumpy. When she's feeling comfortable, Chloe's a big fan of petting (and will be very insistent for attention!) and she transforms into a purr machine on your lap. She will also play with a feather wand toy like an accomplished hunter! Chloe seems very stressed by other animals, so she would greatly prefer a home where she can be the only pet and not have to worry about other animals stealing her much-deserved spotlight.  At ten years old, Chloe was surrendered to the shelter when her owner was having health issues and was no longer able to care for her. Chloe was a little underweight and needed dental care which PAWS was able to take care of. She's now all healed up from that and she's gained some weight in foster care. Wait until you feel her lovely long coat...it's as soft as a baby chinchilla!  Chloe's foster parent would be happy to tell you more about her personality, likes, and dislikes so feel free to reach out! Story
When Jack’s not bouncing off the walls, he’s probably snuggled in your lap or right up against you. This guy is just as loving as he is energetic, and he spends his days chasing his wand toy, chirping at birds from the windowsill, and plopping himself right down on top of you, no matter what you’re up to. Jack will wiggle his way into your heart before you get a chance to blink—he’s irresistible! He’s the perfect combo of kitten energy and cozy lap cat, and he woos everyone he meets. Jack is a wonderfully social guy who has so much love to give all new friends, especially those that will play with him! He fills the room with personality, zooming around and doing acrobatics, and then letting it all hang loose with his hysterical belly up sleeping positions. He can get a little nippy and scratchy when he gets overexcited while playing. He’s getting much better with the appropriate redirection, but because of this, we don’t recommend him to live in a home with small children. Jack has tested FeLV+, so for now he should remain the only cat in the home, or join another FeLV+ friend! **Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) is a virus that is specific to cats that attacks and weakens a cat’s immune system. Cats with FeLV can live normal, happy, healthy lives—with a shorter life expectancy than cats without FeLV. In the past, cats with FeLV in shelters were euthanized as soon as they were diagnosed. PAWS takes a different stance: we enable FeLV+ cats to live out their lives in loving homes. For more information feel free to check out the FeLV FAQs we have available on our website!**  Age: 6 months-1 year How I came to PAWS: Rescue transfer Animal ID#: A-56014 Location: I am currently being cared for in a foster home!
