History: We recently welcomed three local cats into rescue. They are working on their socialization and doing well overall. They are each hoping to find a forever home of their own soon!

History: We received a plea from a local supporter of ours with a litter of 5 kittens needing a second chance. They were able to be spayed/neutered at a local SNIP clinic and were surrendered to rescue from there. They are polydactyl (extra toes) and extremely sweet kittens, each hoping to find forever homes of their very own soon! *Please note: This kitten has been ‘ear-tipped’, this is part of a process within a program called “TNR” (Trap, Neuter, and Return). At the time of this kitten’s sterilization, it was thought they may have to be returned to the colony. In an effort to reduce stray cats and control cat colonies; organizations trap and then sterilize members of the colony so that they are not able to procreate, they then ‘ear-tip’ any of those they sterilize as an identifier that they have been fixed – this acts as a visible sign even from far away that this cat does not need to be trapped/trapped again. This procedure is painless to the kittens; it occurs when they are under anesthesia for their sterilization.
