Hi there! My name is Peppa Pig and no I am not a pig. Although I was pretty round when I came into my foster home. Inside of 24 hours, I popped out 6 babies and then after a few weeks, if that wasn't enough headaches...i mean little darlings to look after, I inherited a couple more to feed and look after. Honestly, I think I was doing enough before the last 2 came along but they are all weaned now and can find therir own homes. That means I get to relax now too and find my forever home too. Let me tell you about me. I was technically a stray as I was living outside, but I was friendly so perhaps I wasn't always an outside cat. I have adapted to having air conditioning and meals on time and in bowls very well and would not like to go back to living rough in the wilds of San Antonio. I am friendly and like to rub up against you when I am hungry, thirsty, want to be petted or just for the heck of it. I like having people around and I purr, purr, purr. I am about a year and a half old, and am ready for my forever home. My adoption fee is only $100 and I am fixed, microchipped and current on all of my needed vaccinations.

Apple Jack is an amazing kitty. LOVES to cuddle. She's like a female Garfield that's cuddly. However, she does not get the attention she deserves :( During the pandemic, I took in two stray cats (in addition to the one we already had AND our two pups). I tried to find their owners to no avail. It makes me sad that Apple Jack doesn't get the attention she deserves. She LOVES to be loved. Unfortunately, we can not provide her the individual attention she most certainly desires. She was spayed at SNAP but has not had any vaccinations.

Hi my name is Granola. I am from Minnesota. Granola is a very sweet boy who came from a hoarding situation. He has taken awhile to acclimate to his new environment, but has always leaned into any pets that can reach him! He's incredibly shy, but once he feels comfortable, he's very curious and enjoys looking out the window. He's very active at night, and while he's not mixing with the fosters cats, he'd probably do well in a home with multiple cats. Adopt Granola today and give this sweet boy a safe space to call his forever home! It takes Granola a few weeks to get used to a new environment but he is a wonderful companion. He loves having his belly scratched and makes "air biscuits" as he is cradled on his back! He is currently living with a 50# dog and they get along just fine. Update from his foster: Granola is a very sweet and scared boy. He loves to hide in his tent, but will come out at night to eat and use the litter box. He will lean in to pets and scratches, especially behind the ear and butt scritchies!! He would probably be fine with other cats that let him know that humans aren't scary!!

Hi! I'm Bubbles. I'm from Minnesota. From her foster: Meet Bubbles, shy and timid but with a heart full of love just waiting to be discovered! Bubbles' life before the rescue was a rather rough experience with lots of unkowns. She is a bit cautious and fairly reserved around people and other animals. She is still settling in and taking her time understanding what it means to be loved. Bubbles really enjoys a good cat tree with boxes or tubes where she can hangout in the warm sun but stay hidden if she so pleases! Bubbles doesn't yet appreciate dry cat food, but when mixed with wet food, she will eat it all. A pro at using the litter box and very good at keeping things clean. Bubbles will thrive in a home where she can take her time opening up. A quiet more peaceful environment. Unsure if she will like cat/dog friends - but she currently has seen and spent short amounts of time around her resident dog and cat friends and hasn't seemed to care for them. And honestly they haven't even tried playing with her either.

From her foster: Pixel is a very easygoing, affectionate cat and loves to get pets and scratches. She likes to be picked up, too, and spend time looking out the window. She is very vocal and chatty, but we are hoping that the yowling dies down when she is spayed!
