He’s fully litter trained, loves a good cat tree climb, and thrives with regular play sessions to help him burn off energy — especially since he can get a little talkative at night if he’s bored. Jive would prefer to be the only cat in the home, though he might do okay with the right calm companion. He hasn’t met dogs or kids in rescue, but would likely be fine with gentle introductions. When playtime ends, he naps anywhere from pillows to chairs, though never in his cat bed, and loves curling up near you while you sleep. Foxtrot had some dental work and has an extra tooth, but it doesn’t bother him; daily brushing is recommended. His left ear has a unique shape from a healed aural hematoma, which doesn’t cause any pain or issues. He’s fully litter trained, with only occasional accidents as he settled into home life, and he’s fine being picked up without needing constant holding. Foxtrot hasn’t lived with other cats, dogs, or children, but he’d likely adjust with proper introductions. Charlotte and Sterling are 9 month old sisters who would love to be adopted together – double the cuteness and double the fun. Charlotte is a beautiful chocolate with white girl and has long hair and adorable tufts of fur in her ears. Charlotte is the social butterfly of the girls. She likes to be in the middle of everything - playing, exploring, watching what you are doing. If there is action, Charlotte is involved. She is a friendly and outgoing kitten and always ready for fun. She loves to play with the fleece wand (and all toys). Sterling is gray and white with lovely colors. She is an energetic explorer who is ready to pounce, play, and zoom. Sterling is athletic, clever, and curious - the kind of kitten who turns a cardboard box into a jungle gym. She loves to cuddle with her foster mom when she is done playing (and she purrs happily). They use the cardboard scratcher and a carpeted scratching post, and they enjoy looking out the windows at the birds and squirrels – it can keep them entertained for hours. The girls have not been around dogs in our program and would prefer a home without dogs. They are fine with the foster’s older grandchild, and they are too active to be adopted into a home with adult cats. Remember, cats can live 18+ years so be sure you can provide them with a forever home. Charlotte and Sterling are spayed, FeLV and FIV negative, and distemper and rabies vaccinated. RUDY is a handsome black and white tuxedo with a black dot on his nose and a lovely bushy tail. He is approx. 7 months old. Rudy is a very playful boy who loves exploring and especially likes to look out the windows at the birds. He has a cute little ‘meow’ when he has something to say. He is the sweetest kitten who purrs nonstop and likes sitting on your lap and sleeping with you (but he may nip at your toes trying to play). Rudy loves pawing jingly balls across the floor and can do that for long periods of time. He enjoys using and hanging out on the carpeted scratching tree and playing in the kitty tunnel. Rudy would be fine with another playful kitten but doesn’t need one in his forever home as long as you provide him with enough toys and love, and aren't gone long hours each day. He is too active to be adopted with an adult cat (1 year or under would be his preference). Remember, cats can live 18+ years so be sure you can provide a forever home for him. Boots is 5 years old. He is easily startled and skittish, but once he feels comfortable, he’s all about cuddles and affection. He shows his love by giving gentle love nibbles, as he sometimes struggles to control his excitement. He gets along great with my other cat and enjoys napping and hiding in dark spaces. He’s never bitten or scratched us. Boots loves playing fetch and eating. He’s a fan of belly rubs and being cradled like a baby. However, he’s a bit possessive and doesn’t like sharing his owner as he wants you all to himself. Looking for an experienced cat owner with a home that is a quiet, calm environment where Boots can feel safe and secure. It should have plenty of cozy hiding spots, like soft beds, boxes, or hidden nooks, where Boots can retreat to when he needs to feel protected. The space should be free from loud noises or sudden movements that might startle him. Having a slow, patient atmosphere with minimal foot traffic will help him gradually feel comfortable.
