I am not sure why, but I am a very nervous boy. As a kitten I was terrified of all humans and movement. I have gotten a lot better since then but I am still scared. I am getting better about trusting humans and will asked to be pet or cuddled - especially on the bed at wake up time! I purr often because when I am not scared I am a happy boy. I love to play with other cats and toys. But, I am still scared so I might hiss at you at first. Don't worry! I would never bite or scratch but hissing is my defense mechanism for strangers. I don't like it when humans approach me, but when I am ready I will come to you. I am looking for a special human who can nurture and love me and give the space to get comfortable. Hello! This is indigo, he’s around 6 years old and he’s the sweetest, most cuddly cat you’ll ever meet! He really only wants to cuddle up 24/7, so it’s with a really heavy heart we have to rehome him. He needs someone who has experience training cats with potty issues, he’ll pee in the litter but poop right next to it. We’ve tried everything we could but we’re not expert trainers and can’t afford to hire one. Other than that he’s the perfect cat, gets along with all animals and people, and he’s strictly an indoor cat!
