Not good with kids, Needs special attention,
Story
Athena is a sweet, gentle, affectionate, playful cat. She loves to curl up on her foster mom's lap and will purr her heart out in contentment. When not snuggling, she'll play with kittenish abandon, stalking, chasing, and pouncing on her toys in a display guaranteed to bring laughter. But things aren't always so easy for Athena. Born to a feral mom living in a cat colony, Athena missed out on full socialization to people as a kitten. Because of this, she's shy with strangers, new things can be scary for her, and she has an easily triggered startle response. But she's also a wonderfully resilient cat who has demonstrated that she can trust and bond to people. She's blossomed into a loving feline companion in her foster home, and her foster mom believes that she can also thrive in a quiet, adult-only forever home. To keep her digestive system healthy, Athena requires a prescription diet, Hill's Biome, which she loves and does very well on. She is six years old, spayed, felv/fiv negative, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations.

Story
Dorothy is a sweet senior looking for a loving home. She is up to date on her vaccines, has had a recent dental, is spayed, microchipped, and tested negative for felv/fiv. Dorothy has arthritis in her back legs and takes a daily supplement mixed into her food. Dorothy loves people and attention although she is not too fond of other cats. Dorothy is a couch potato and loves nothing more than to curl up next to you on the couch. She loves cardboard cat scratchers and catnip toys.

Needs special attention,
Story
Sweet little love bug Bella is looking for a quiet home and a nice warm lap to curl up in. Bella is a little shy at first, but once she gets to know you, she's an adorably affectionate girl. As much as she loves people, she's not so fond of other cats so needs to go to a home where she'll be the only feline family member (cat-friendly dogs are okay though). Bella is front declawed. She has food allergies and needs to be on a prescription diet and medication. Happily, this regimen works very well with her, and her skin and coat look great.

Story
Sweet and friendly Kipper is the kind of kitty who will greet you at the door when you come home from work and hang out with you in the evening. She's sociable (though not a lap cat), loves to be brushed, and gets spunky when playing with a wand toy. She came to us overweight and is on a diet, and we're looking for an adopter who will commit to getting Kipper down to a healthy weight. She's 10 years old, spayed, and up to date on vaccinations.

Story
Storm will steal your heart with his big golden eyes, deep purr and low resounding meow. This big boy loves nothing more than to just enjoy your company, he may not cuddle all the time but is super happy to be close by. His favorite thing is to pretend to help with household chores. His second favorite thing is head scritches. He is extremely affectionate and is quick to warm up to everyone. He would do well in a home with other cats and cat savvy dogs. Storm would prefer more mature cat savvy fur-siblings that are not super boisterous. He would also do well with older children. Storm is a stable diabetic on a regulated diet of Fancy Feast Pate and he gets insulin shots twice a day. He tolerates his insulin shots well. He recently had a good bit of dental work done and is missing some teeth, but it doesn't affect his appetite or lifestyle, it just causes him to make funny faces when he licks his lips, which we find makes him even more adorable! If you are interested in sweet Storm, please email us here or at ffocasfelicia@gmail.com with any further questions or for an application.

Story
If you are looking for the friendliest, most loving cats around, then you will want to meet Jimi (orange tabby) and Hendrix (brown tabby). These 8-year-old bonded brothers are exceptionally affectionate and get along great with dogs. They are a bit bossy with other cats so should probably be the only cats in the home. Both LOVE to be brushed and petted. They will snuggle up as close to you as they can while purring and kneading. If they had their way, they would sleep on your bed, but they are also fine sleeping in their own room. They are playful and loving with each other and can be found wrestling, grooming each other, and napping together...always touching. The bond between them is so sweet. Jimi has diabetes that is well controlled with insulin shots. He receives his shots without a fuss and seems to barely notice them. He loves to eat and is on a special diet of canned prescription diabetes cat food. He is a mellow and easygoing cat. Hendrix came into foster weighing 34 pounds but is down to 28 pounds after 2 months of careful feeding. He will need to continue losing weight and having his intake controlled. When he was too obese to groom himself, his brother Jimi did a wonderful job of keeping his fur immaculate. Now that he is slimmer and feeling better, he grooms himself. He is mellow and easygoing.
