Story
??Everyone poops??Dogs. Cats. Heck, we bet that even *YOU* poop (gasp!!!). So really, you won't be surprised when we tell you that Freedom here - he poops. At four years old, tiny Free Free has gone through a lot of shi...stuff. Found as a kitten with burrs covering his whole behind, he had difficulty using the litterbox before he was diagnosed with a rectal stricture (in scientific terms, his poop chute didn't operate properly). After months of surgical procedures, the stricture was resolved successfully! But Freedom isn't exactly "regular": he uses the litterbox, but inevitably he leaks a little. From the butt. ***Before we share more about this Lil' Turd's little turds, let's tell you a little bit about **him**, and why he's a delight and purrfect companion. No bull??.??Freedom is an affectionate, petite cat at only 5lb (fully grown!). ??He loves kissing people and snuggling with dogs (his purrrrfect home will have a dog to play with!). ??Fun with feather toys and other games, food, and chin scratches are all on the menu when you hang out with Free Free. ***So what kind of care does Freedom need? ??Despite his poopy problem, Freedom is well litterbox trained (he's never urinated outside the litterbox, and his major stools all go there without problem). ??From a care perspective, his Foster mom uses a quick wet wipe on him twice daily (along with a weekly bath which he takes like a champ!) to keep him cleaner than a Charmin Bear's bum. ??Freedom wears a diaper when he's wandering outside of his room - and let's be real, that's ADORABLE. ??He takes probiotics and special food to help manage his stool. Freedom also has asymptomatic Feline Coronavirus, which means he will need to be the only cat in the household, but does not currently require any care or treatment for the condition. ***We know it will take a special someone to adopt a cat with an anal anomaly. But Freedom is, ultimately, a perfect cat. He's playful, cuddly, and loves everyone - he's special in the truest sense of the word. As his Foster said, she'd be happy to have him live in her office with her forever, but he deserves a chance at a real home. And it's our job to help him find one.??Everyone poops?? BUTT... only one very special someone will get to take Freedom home. If you'd like to take me home, please fill out an adoption application at this website - http://www.animalalliesrescue.org/adoption-application - and choose me, Freedom! My adoption fee is $100 and AARF wants me to tell you that their adoption package covers all expenses needed to prepare kitties like me for our forever homes. By the time you meet us, we've already been spayed/neutered (if age appropriate) and microchipped. We've been checked by a veterinarian, and we're up to date on age appropriate immunizations against rabies and FVRCP (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus & panleukopenia). Some of us have had extensive surgeries, dental work, or other necessary procedures. AARF is committed to getting all of us entirely ready for a happy, healthy, love-filled life!

Story
Hello. My name is Bia. You don't mind if I lie down on this soft cat bed while we're chatting, do you? I love combining my favorite things: in this case, a soft bed and a person who is paying attention to me. If I weren't a cat, I'd ask you to peel me a grape.Yes, I like luxury. Give me a water fountain to drink from and a licky mat to help me savor and not gulp my wet food and I'm happy. And a cat tree with a cubby for naps. But, don't worry about remembering all this. If people need prodding, I let them know. A "meow" or two always gets them back on track.I would prefer a forever home where I can be the only non-human animal, but I can tolerate a calm kitty or pup. My foster mom says I'm "mellow." Is a mellow cat who loves the love you have to give the cat you have been looking for? If so, please fill out an adoption application at this website-www.animalalliesrescue.org/adoption-application-and choose me, Bia! My adoption fee is $150 and AARF wants me to tell you that their adoption package covers all expenses needed to prepare kitties like me for our forever homes. By the time you meet me, I've already been spayed/neutered (if age appropriate) and microchipped. I've been checked by a veterinarian, and am up to date on age appropriate immunizations against rabies and FVRCP (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus & panleukopenia). Some animals available from AARF have had extensive surgeries, dental work, or other necessary procedures. My name is Biscuit. Yes, I'm adorable, I know. I've been with AARF for most of my life. I love my foster family, but I know my forever family is out there somewhere.I do like attention from people. I'm slow to warm up and I won't come to you, but I can be held and I enjoy scratchies. What I really love is cats! Lots of cats. I don't like to be alone. I want a few kitty siblings to hang out with. I'm pretty mellow so no crazy kittens for me. I like to bat around toys and I only eat wet food. I'm really sweet. I promise. Someone just needs to give me a chance. If you'd like to take me home, please fill out an adoption application at this website - http://www.animalalliesrescue.org/adoption-application - and choose me, Biscuit! Handsome, sweet-natured, chubby-cheeked fella ready to spend meaningful time with that special someone. I am ready to live my best life with you. For me that looks like watching bird TV out the window, lounging in my cozy cat bed, and looking forward to snack time! Am I treat motivated? You bet! Who doesn't like snacks?! Other simple pleasures include being brushed by my foster mom and hanging out. I'm mostly calm, but I occasionally get some short spurts of play for an older guy. I have been good with some other cats (but not all) in the past, but I think I'd be ok with other cats in my forever home as long as my adopter is patient and understands the need for slow introductions. I'm very interactive and will make a great companion! If you'd like to take me home, please fill out an adoption application at this website - http://www.animalalliesrescue.org/adoption-application - and choose me, Tanner! Fun and full of pep, I'm a talkative tabby with some oomph in my step (and my personality)! Being a tripod has not stopped me from enjoying life, wrestling around, scurrying up and down the stairs, and having a full life. I know what I like and what rubs me the wrong way. It's good to know these things. My "likes" include head scratches, cuddle sessions, tasting "people" food, sipping water out of cups, and chatting with my humans. I'm also a fan of other cats! Playing and romping around is a blast! If I need some space and "me time," I'll let you know with a gentle nip, but it's not mean spirited. It's just a little warning. So if you're looking for a handsome, energetic young boy with an impressive purr and good outlook on life, I might be your ideal guy! Let's chat, I have a LOT to say!If you'd like to take me home, please fill out an adoption application at this website - http://www.animalalliesrescue.org/adoption-application - and choose me, Phineas! Easy on the eyes and a tad bit shy, I'm a sweet young boy whose star is on the rise. Popular among my peers, I'm a super fun playmate and love hanging out with my foster siblings. I'm definitely a cat person! Humans are super cool too, it just takes a little longer to get to know them. When I want to unwind and have some "me time," I enjoy sitting on the windowsill and taking in the fresh air. Other simple pleasures include jumping in my cat tree, cat toys, and wet food. I'm ready to find my forever family, one with other cats and kind humans who will take the time to know me and love me. If you'd like to take me home, please fill out an adoption application at this website- www.animalalliesrescue.org/adoption-application - and choose me, Snow! Meet your new "Best Cat Friend Forever", Snowball! This very special, very social former community cat is in search of a forever home. He was being fed by a local caretaker who noticed him limping, unable to put any weight on his right forelimb. We had him treated at a local urgent care and he fully recovered in less than a month! Snowball is extremely energetic, curious, and smart. Great eater, food motivated, and a fast learner. This makes him easily trained. He's very attentive and respectful of his family and environment. He has no special needs, just love and cuddles! Once he warms up to you you'll have found your new "Best Cat Friend Forever"!

Story
Hi, thank you for choosing to adopt. We have a 13 year old cat, Monkey, that unfortunately needs to be rehomed. He grew up as a 'single' cat and has been unable to adjust to living with other cats in the home. For the last several years we were able to relocate him to another family member's home where he has been happy living as a singleton cat, but unfortunately they are not longer able to care for him. Monkey is independent, generally does not like to be cuddled but will come to you for pets and attention. He is very food motivated and will need to have his diet monitored to avoid overfeeding. Thank you so much for your interest and please message for any additional questions.
