Styx was surrendered to us when her owner had to move and couldn't take all of her cats with her.  She was going to euthanize her because of health issues but all she needed was a dental cleaning and some extractions.  She is now a healthy girl.  She is very shy and takes time to get to know people.  She prefers a very quiet household.  Once she trusts you she loves to sit on your lap and get love.   ##1335480##

Bebe and Leeloo were surrendered to us in 2019 when they were tossed out of their house and abandoned.  They are very bonded to each other.  They were adopted out together in 2020.  That adoption did not work out and they ended up back with us summer of 2022.  These girls have had a tough way to go the last few years.  Bebe has inflammatory bowel disease and needs to stay on a diet for sensitive stomachs.  She is a total lap cat.  Leeloo is also a very sweet girl who loves attention.  She also enjoys climbing up on high perches to watch everything going on below her.  They are looking for a home together that can finally be a forever home.  These girls are too sweet to not have a loving family.   ##1562556##

Kathy came to temporarily live with us while her owner was in the hospital.  He has moved to assisted living but isn't able to care for her again.  While she has been in our care she has been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and inflammatory bowel disease.  She received radioactive iodine therapy for the hyperthyroidism and no longer needs medication for it.  She is however on an inexpensive medication for her IBD.  She can be a real sweet girl with lots of purrs when she's in the mood, other times she does a bit of growling but never bites.  She co-exits with other animals just fine.  She is looking for a home where she can live out her senior kitty years with lots of good food and head scratches.   ##1386916##

Say hello to Hibrew! It took Hibrew about seven months to understand that all humans aren't out to hurt her. She is now ready for adoption. She's quite shy at first and will cringe/cower if you come at her too fast but she (now) warms up quickly and accepts the love you offer. Hibrew is fully vetted, UTD on vaccines and microchipped. She does well with other cats but still worries about dogs and has never met any children. I think she would do well with older children but younger ones would be "too much" for her fractured little self. She needs a quiet home where her family understands that she will come to love you, given the time.
