Evaluated exceptionally for detection and has been training in personal protection, making him an ideal candidate for work in the private sector. A Sweet, loving and social dog that can settle in around the house surrounded by kongs. Gets along well with female and neutered male dogs, Has been neutral with horses, but is not good with cats. Creed is extremely affectionate and has a great off switch. We have not had him around kids. Creed is part of our Zero to Hero Program (not our regular adoption program) and will continue to receive not only the obedience, crate and potty training that all of our dogs receive, but will continue to advance his skills in personal protection. My name is Jessie. I was adopted as a puppy. The lady who adopted me was normal then. I was one of the first 13. She then started collecting dogs with physical issues. I only have 3 legs. I don't know I only have 3 legs but I do. Anyway, she became a hoarder. Another group of rescue ladies finally got animal control to go to the house. They found dead dogs and dogs living in horrible conditions. We were all taken. The rescuers found all the rescues that had adopted these dogs and returned them. I was there for another 90 days. I was one of her original 13 so she was able to appeal me. The judge denied her appeal and back to this rescue I came. You can look up the case if you google chandler 55 dog abuse case. My foster mom adores me. She knows I deserve a home with less dogs. I live to go in the car. I would love to just drive all day. I also love non salted In N Out patties. I love all my dog friends. I like to go out and run with them. If they get too annoying I just give them a quick growl. I am all about kissing my foster mom. My foster mom cannot believe I have not been adopted yet. She says I am the perfect traveling dog.

Jordy is a sweet boy under 2 years old. He is neutered and a very chill dog. We got him at the pound and we are truly heart broken to have to give him up. He has jumped the fence a few times where the fence is lower on one side and does not get along with the neighbors dog. He does great with our 2 dogs. I adopted 2 dogs and I have my mom who has dementia to care for and I really took on too much. He is a beautiful dog.

Heather was surrendered by her owner to the Corona Animal Shelter in October 2024. During this time, the shelter was receiving several German Shepherds, Shepherd mixes, and Belgian Malinois breeds, so she was one of many at the shelter. During her stay, Heather was a good dog to get out and socialize. The only noted issue was she was hesitant walking around and wanted to go right back to her kennel. Otherwise, Heather was happy, playful and no bad behaviors were seen. In May 2025, Heather was rescued by PAWS and lived with a foster. It was noted then that Heather was fearful when it came to changing environments and meeting new people. After some time, Heather started bonding with her foster Mom but was still hesitant around other family members. Heather was also fearful of the leash. However, she got along great with the other family dogs and would take walks. In July 2025, Heather came to live with another PAWS foster who has several dogs and cats. Heather was very fearful of the change. It took a few days for her to get used to the new home. She was timid and scared initially but eventually started warming up to foster Dad. Heather is now very close to her foster Dad and is slowly warming up to other family members. Heather would be best in a home with other animals, but she is very selective about which humans she will trust. But once she develops some trust, she can be playful and has a fun personality. She is an easy dog to have around the house, although she does go through significant shedding for a few weeks. Personality: Sweet girl, but very cautious and scared when it comes to new environments and people. Loves treats, can be excitable and jumpy once she is comfortable with a person. Good around other pets. She tends to bond closely with one person. She’s pretty chill and content just hanging out in the backyard or her
