Fred is a 1-year-old 50lb Dutch Shepherd Mix. He is a silly loving boy who enjoys playing. Fred is a gentle giant who enjoys cuddling, giving kisses, & playing with toys. He is a great adventure buddy who is very loyal. Fred is a goofy boy who will always make you smile. He would benefit in a home where he can get lots of exercise & be a part of family outings. Fred does well with other dogs & he’s good with kids! He would make a wonderful family dog. Fred knows basic commands such as sit & stay. He walks great on a leash & loves to go on adventures. Fred loves to cuddle with kids & is very gentle. He is not reactive & is loyal. Fred is everyone’s favorite boy who has been here for too long. He is so well behaved & will make a phenomenal companion. If an animal is posted, they are VERY likely available. My name is Jessie. I was adopted as a puppy. The lady who adopted me was normal then. I was one of the first 13. She then started collecting dogs with physical issues. I only have 3 legs. I don't know I only have 3 legs but I do. Anyway, she became a hoarder. Another group of rescue ladies finally got animal control to go to the house. They found dead dogs and dogs living in horrible conditions. We were all taken. The rescuers found all the rescues that had adopted these dogs and returned them. I was there for another 90 days. I was one of her original 13 so she was able to appeal me. The judge denied her appeal and back to this rescue I came. You can look up the case if you google chandler 55 dog abuse case. My foster mom adores me. She knows I deserve a home with less dogs. I live to go in the car. I would love to just drive all day. I also love non salted In N Out patties. I love all my dog friends. I like to go out and run with them. If they get too annoying I just give them a quick growl. I am all about kissing my foster mom. My foster mom cannot believe I have not been adopted yet. She says I am the perfect traveling dog.

This gentle giant adores cuddling, giving kisses, and playing with his toys. He’s a goofy, happy dog who will always find a way to make you smile and quickly become everyone’s favorite. Fred is a loyal adventure buddy who loves going out and exploring, but he’s just as happy snuggling up with his people—especially kids. He is very gentle, well-mannered, and does wonderfully with children and other dogs. He is not reactive and has a calm, friendly nature that makes him an excellent family companion. He knows basic commands like sit and stay, walks beautifully on a leash, and is extremely well behaved. Fred has been patiently waiting for his forever home, and he truly deserves a family who will give him the love he’s ready to return tenfold.
