Story
This is Yukki. She is a beautiful German Shepherd mix, 50% German Shepherd and almost equal parts mix of Border Collie, Australian Shepherd, and Australian Cattle Dog. She loves to play and get attention. Her favorite games are tug-of-war and fetch, sometimes a combination of the two. Her favorite kind of pets are ear and butt scratches, but she is usually not a fan of her feet being touched. Yukki has a rambunctious personality with endless energy. She absolutely LOVES car rides but thinks the car is a bounce house. Her health is in great shape and she is up to date on all her vaccines and flea/tick/heartworm medicine. She loves treats and doing treat puzzles and knows a plethora of tricks to earn treats. All she needs is lots of love and attention and she is happy as can be! Unfortunately I no longer have the time to give her the attention she needs do to working 2 jobsI will say Yukki does have separation anxiety. She does not like to be alone or have experience with other animals.

Story
Maya is an almost 13-month-old German Shepherd, born on 4/23/25. She is very friendly, goofy, and has a submissive personality. She does well with our small Yorkie and gets along with other dogs. Because she is still young, she doesn’t fully understand her size and strength, so caution is recommended around small children. Maya has had limited formal training but knows a few basic commands, including sit, lay down, and go to her crate. We are looking to rehome her because our work schedules and travel commitments no longer allow us to give her the time and attention she deserves. She is a sweet dog with lots of potential and would thrive in a home that can provide consistent training, exercise, and love.

Story
Silver came into the rescue with a badly injured rear leg. At his first vet visit it was discovered after imaging that he had actually been shot in the rear leg. Because of silver's young age the vet approximated the wound to have happened when he was around 4 months of age. Unfortunately the bullet fragmented a lot as well as completely destroyed the ability to surgically reconstruct it . In addition to all this the leg was badly infected because the wound was at least 6 months old already and never was cared for.He does use his rear leg to a degree and all the nerves seem to be intact. But he will have a limp for the rest of his life. He is the sweetest boy and loves getting attention and learning new skills.
