Hi, I am Roscoe. I am a sweet, gentle and loving pup looking for a home. I like to go on walks, take naps on the couch and cuddle. I have a good history with kids, strangers and other dogs. Story
"Are you looking to rescue a nice dog that is out of the puppy stage? Then STOP SCROLLING! Meet Pearl! She is a very sweet middle aged (5-7 ish years) lab/shepherd type mix who is 52 pounds and is just waiting for a forever family to notice her. We don’t know her story before she was picked up as a stray in Houston with heartworms, but it is evident that she was well socialized and has lived in a home before. She was clearly a mama and is mellow, with a special kind of wisdom about her. Pearl had excellent behavior notes in the shelter— non-reactive to other dogs, quiet and calm, keeping her kennel clean, going potty outside, walking nicely on leash, and being friendly with all the staff/volunteers. We are so glad we chose her! Pearl is so excited for her new lease on a better life. She’s a diamond in the rough and her forever family will be lucky to have found her. She’s the low-maintenance type: a couple meals a day, a comfy bed, and occasional walks/strolls. Pearl is a healthy girl who is now spayed and kicking her heartworms to the curb, so she is ready for adoption and has much more life left to live!" Pearl is being fostered in Fort Collins, Colorado. *We require all adopters to come to Colorado to adopt. *We do not transport dogs.* You can view this wonderful dog at https://www.milehighcanine.org/post/dogs/pearl/. Story
"Meet Debbie 🤍 Debbie is a 2-year-old, 40 lb shepherd mix with a tender heart and a playful spirit. She was adopted as a young pup and returned to our care a year later. Now that she’s 2, we know so much more about what she needs to truly thrive — and it’s a special, understanding home. Debbie is looking for a calm environment with minimal visitors and no kiddos. She needs patience, consistency, and clear structure to help her feel safe and confident. Once she settles in, her goofy, loving personality really shines. She would absolutely love a playful dog companion to help burn energy and build confidence. Debbie is an enthusiastic player and sometimes uses her teeth during play — think silly “love nibbles” that just need continued guidance and appropriate outlets. One of her most endearing quirks? She has an emotional support tire (her beloved “wheel”) that she proudly carries around, chases, and will gently drop at your feet — sometimes right in your toes while you’re cooking — as her way of including you in the fun. It’s her comfort item and her joy all in one. She also has a soft side: peanut butter and yogurt licked off a spoon are absolute favorites, and those quiet bonding moments mean the world to her. Debbie isn’t for everyone — but for the right person who can offer patience, space, routine, and love, she will be a deeply loyal and entertaining companion. She just needs someone willing to meet her where she is and help her feel safe enough to blossom. 💛" Debbie is being fostered in Fort Collins, Colorado. *We require all adopters to come to Colorado to adopt. *We do not transport dogs.* You can view this wonderful dog at https://www.milehighcanine.org/post/dogs/debbie/. With a passionate team we are a foster-based animal rescue, partnering with the community to provide shelter and resources prioritizing the animals’ well-being. Every adoption fee directly helps a rescued animal make it safely from a shelter to a loving home. As a nonprofit, we put these fees right back into vet care, food, transport, and all the support to help the next animal. You're not just adopting, you're saving a life and fueling another rescue journey! *Our Mission* At All Aboard Animal Rescue, our mission is to address the global pet overpopulation crisis through rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming. We are dedicated to making a difference by providing essential resources and compassionate care to enhance the quality of life for animals. As their voice, we advocate for their well-being by raising awareness about the shelter crisis, promoting responsible pet guardianship, and ensuring the compassionate treatment of all animals. *Our Vision* We envision a world where every animal is understood with empathy, treated with kindness and respect, and where the unique bond between humans and animals is cherished — enriching all lives. *Spay & Neuter is required by law in Colorado, helping to break the cycle of unwanted litters.* Please consider supporting our mission. Together, we are making a difference!

Story
Meet Ziggy — the little firecracker with a big personality! Ziggy is packed full of spunk, sass, and charm. He’s the kind of dog who walks into a room like he owns it and keeps life interesting every single day. With his confident strut and expressive face, Ziggy makes sure everyone knows exactly how he’s feeling — and honestly, it’s part of what makes him so lovable. This spirited boy has tons of personality and isn’t afraid to show it. He’s playful, bold, and always ready to be part of the action. Whether he’s zooming around, tossing a toy in the air, or giving you that “I run this house” look, Ziggy keeps you smiling. Underneath all that attitude, though, is a dog who bonds deeply with his people. He thrives with someone who appreciates his big character and will channel his energy into fun adventures, playtime, and continued learning. Ziggy doesn’t just want to be a dog in your home — he wants to be your sidekick, your shadow, and the star of the show. If you’re looking for a pup with confidence, charisma, and just the right amount of sass, Ziggy is ready to steal your heart (and probably your spot on the couch, too!). *Come meet me this Saturday 03.07.26 at the Fort Collins PetSmart from 10am-2pm! This event is first come, first served so we recommend arriving early if you have a specific furry friend in mind! This event operates on a number system so upon arrival make sure to get your number and we will call numbers up in groups! Please note in order to receive a number you need to be an approved adopter within the last 3 months. We will have paper applications available at the event as well as our application via our website! We hope to see you there! :)*
