"Hi, I my name is October and I am a part of the 7 Months of Christmas litter! My foster family nicknamed me Handsome, because I am just a dashing little dude with the BEST and most EXPRESSIVE eyebrows! I am a pretty chill dude that likes to watch things going on around me. I do play with my brothers and sisters, but I also enjoy hanging out in someone’s lap. I am a super smart boy since I already use a dog door and have been working very hard on my crate training and house breaking. If you let me out frequent enough, I do not mess in my pen! I have been extremely well socialized with both the little kiddos in my foster home and adults! My foster dog siblings are so much fun to play with too! My mama is just 45lbs, so I will probably be around a 45-50lb medium sized dog. And as for my breed? Well, my mama is a red headed shepherd/pittie mix…maybe? It is all a guessing game really. My foster mom says we are perfect Heinz 57 dogs! I am looking for the perfect home for Christmas. Will that be yours?" I am a happy go lucky little dude that enjoys toys, chew toys, playing, people, food, exploring, like everything!!! Story
Oso is a gentle giant senior looking to spend his golden years in a loving home. Oso ended up at a shelter in New Mexico at the age of 8 years old. He was not thriving in a shelter environment, and we were lucky enough to be able to move him up to Colorado and into a foster home. Oso is about 85 lbs and likely a purebred German Shepherd. He has had full bloodwork and x-rays done, and seems to be very healthy! He loves food of any kind, and is smart and motivated to please. He enjoys long walks despite some arthritis in his spine, which we're currently treating with joint supplements and appropriate diet. Oso is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and Heartworm-negative. Oso is good with other dogs, and takes correction from other dogs well. We have not seen him with cats or small kids yet.
