Story
Meet Robert! Robert is the ultimate combination of a handsome, noble look and a completely silly, joyful personality. As a young dog, he is bursting with affection and approaches every new day with a wagging tail and an open heart. He is an absolute people-pleaser who is incredibly friendly with everyone he meets. One of Robert's most endearing traits is his signature "Shepherd lean"-he loves to walk right up to his human friends and press his whole body against their legs for pets. It's his favorite way of giving a giant, furry hug! Robert is recommended for a family with older or no children at this time. Story
This tender boy takes time to settle in, but once comfortable, he becomes a cuddly, goofy pup with tons of potential. He’s potty trained, crate trained, and has a great home history with dogs and kids. Because he can be skittish, he’ll do best with an experienced owner and older kids who can go slow and use fear-free handling. With his prey drive, he’ll need a home without cats. He’s ready for a patient, loving match.

Story
Meet Haze! This nearly 4 year old mixed breed has long legs, an even bigger heart, and a lifetime of love just waiting to be shared! This goofy guy recently arrived at our shelter through our transfer program after spending far too much of his life bouncing in and out of shelters. Haze was originally adopted as a young puppy from our friends at Journey Home Animal Care Center, but through absolutely no fault of his own, he found himself back in their care as a young adult. We knew we had to help give this wonderful boy another chance. After all he`s been through, we think it`s finally time for Haze to discover what having a truly committed, loving family feels like!If we had to describe Haze in one sentence, it would be: all legs, all heart, and all goofball. He`s the kind of dog whose legs seem to go on forever, and he often reminds us of a baby deer that`s still figuring out how they work. He can be delightfully clumsy, hilariously unaware of just how much space he takes up, and impossibly charming because of it. Whether he`s bouncing around the yard, trotting alongside you on a walk, or attempting to gracefully squeeze into your personal space for attention, Haze is guaranteed to keep a smile on your face! His previous shelter described him as `full of personality and sweetness,` and we couldn`t agree more. Haze absolutely adores people and is happiest when he`s by your side. He has a habit of gently leaning against your legs while soaking up pets, loves chew toys of every variety, and is already potty trained. More than anything, Haze just wants someone to spend his days with. Whether you`re heading out on an adventure, relaxing in the yard, or simply hanging out on the couch after a long day, Haze is ready to be your loyal sidekick.Since arriving at our shelter, Haze has met a few friendly dogs and has done well with them. We think he could potentially enjoy sharing a home with another calm, easygoing canine companion, though we`d want to do introductions here at the shelter to make sure everyone is a good match. While he can enjoy the company of other dogs, Haze`s favorite company will always be his people!Haze has waited long enough for his happily ever after. He`s goofy, affectionate, endlessly lovable, and more than ready to leave shelter life behind for good this time. If you`re looking for a best friend who will make you laugh every day, lean on you for love, and remind you to appreciate life`s simple joys,

Story
From previous Family: Ember is an energetic, loving dog who loves to play and protect her family. She enjoys walks and playing ball. She is good with other dogs and has been a playmate for my child. She likes to snuggle and is a good listener. She’s been through training classes and is potty trained. She knows basic commands and wants to please. She’s a great dog and we loved having her in our family.   Ember was surrendered to us due to an allergy in the home. ##2650862##
