Story
Zeus is house trained. He is young and active. He knows commands ie. Come, house, sit, down, place, eat, drink, free, he knows to wait before he touches his water and food with your command. He is a very smart dog but will test you. You need to show you are in control. As far as him being socialist with other dogs, he is good with my daughter’s Yorkie but he will need to be introduced to being more socialized with other dogs. I’d like for him to go to responsible person who has time, patience, someone who can afford and care for him as dogs can and may have expenses. He is healthy no medical problems that I know of. I rescued him from someone with health problem thinking I could give him all that time. I was wrong. He does love to play fetch

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. AdoptaGSD.org   Please consider that some of these dogs have been abandoned or ignored by their previous owners, having little interaction with someone who cares about them. When adopted, they will need time to adjust to the changes in their life. Foster says..Sweet, soulful, and just a little spicy in the puppy way. Bonnie is cautious with strangers at first, but give her a minute and she’ll be right by your side (literally… she will be your shadow, so watch your step ). She does great in a crate, gets along with dogs of all sizes. When she gets really excited? Cue the zoomies Fair warning: Bonnie is a professional kisser and is still learning puppy manners like not jumping or being mouthy—because yes, she is very much a puppy. Her soft eyes will absolutely stare into your soul, and while she’s curious about new things, she’s polite enough to walk away if she’s unsure. Overall, she’s a sweet, gentle, learning-as-she-goes kind of girl—and we’re loving every minute getting to know her. Whelped approximately Sept 1 2025. Adoption fee $450.   Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. Although we do our best to keep our adoptable animals page as current as possible, the animals you see may already be in an adoption process.   January 18, 2026, 2:16 pm

AdoptaGSD.org   Please consider that some of these dogs have been abandoned or ignored by their previous owners, having little interaction with someone who cares about them. When adopted, they will need time to adjust to the changes in their life. Hi, my name is Seuss, and I'm a handsome GSD with an estimated DOB of 3/21/19 who was transferred from a shelter where I first arrived as a stray. I was adopted out but returned a few days later because I was overprotective with my food around the other dog. It was noted that I did great with people and kids. I was then transferred to FRGSR and the volunteers are getting to know me. I'm a big boy who needs some basic obedience and leash work. I enjoy going for walks, playing in the snow and having my belly rubbed. I would likely benefit from an adopter with some GSD experience. I'm currently staying in a boarding kennel until a foster slot opens up. More info to come. If you are interested, please go to adoptagsd.org and submit an online application. My adoption fee is $400. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. When adopted, they will need time to adjust to the changes in their life. Foster mom says.Captain has learned to potty outside but does so best in a backyard or when not heavily distracted. His foster Mom lives on a busy street and he has a hard time going with so much car/people activity. He is great on walks (doesn’t pull) but can also be hesitant/slow on the leash - again when there’s a lot of activity. He is super friendly with strangers and generally doesn’t jump. Great with other dogs when on/off leash. He is friendly with kids but learning not to jump on them. Whines in his crate for about 10-15 min at night but then is quiet. When letting him out of his crate he is verrryyy needy/wants to be near you/jump on you - my guess is out of fear that you had left him. He is a very smart boy and already knows sit/touch/paw. Loves toys/playing fetch. Approximate birthdate Oct 3, 2025. Adoption fee $550 Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. Story
Hi, I am Cash. I am a super happy, playful and loving young pup looking for a home. I like to cuddle, run around outside and make friends. I am very high energy so I would be a great hiking or jogging partner. I can be barrier reactive towards other dogs and pushy when meeting them so I need to meet any other dogs in the home to make sure we can match play styles. I would love to meet you.
