Coco is a beautiful female German Shepherd/Malinois mix due to a unexpected change in our living circumstance that is urgent. Age: 1 year Sex: Female (intact) Health: Up to date on shots, excellent health Training: Very smart, well-trained, and responsive to commands Temperament: Energetic, affectionate, and eager to learn She has lived in our home and has done wonderfully with our 3-year-old German Shepherd, a cat, 20+ chickens and 11 goats, so she is familiar with other animals with no issues. She loves running, playing outside, and being part of daily life with her people and new people. She needs to have more socialization with outings as she is a bit nervous when she leaves her home environment. She will bark when she sees a squirrel and cars coming on the property but that ends with a command to, “Stop” and reassurence.

Story
Bear is a beautiful German Shepherd with a sweet, gentle nature and wonderful manners. He loves people, gets along well with other animals, and enjoys running and playing outside. Bear has lived in our home and on our farm since he was a young pup. During the day, he has access through a doggie door to a safely fenced yard, and he’s happiest being close to his people—ready for hugs, pets, and simply relaxing by your side. Our hope is to find Bear a loving individual or family who will welcome him into their home and give him the affection and companionship he deserves. If you’re looking for a loyal, kindhearted companion, Bear may be the perfect fit. Please reach out for more information. 🐶💛

Story
This sweet face belongs to Canela! Here are some foster notes on this sweet girl:`Canela has been so great while we have been fostering her. She is playful, cute, and so incredibly sweet. She warmed up to us after only a day or two. Canela has spent her life outside up until now, so she is not house trained. In the last week we have been working diligently with her and she has come a long way. We’re hopeful that with a bit more time and attention she will be fully house trained. Our favorite thing about Canela is her ability to always make us smile and her unconditional love. She’s smart and loves being with people.`

Story
This beautiful girl is Holly! Holly is just as sweet as she looks! Here are some foster notes on Holly:`Holly was a big sweet girl who really relaxed outside of the shelter. She rode happily in the front seat where she enjoyed the views and fresh air. We went for a long walk at Blackwood Farm Park where we saw other dogs, people, and wildlife. Holly was alert and interested but didn’t bark or react. We also got a Pup Cup before heading back to the shelter. Holly was an excellent walking partner and leaned into affection during her petting breaks.``She has a great demeanor and loves attention. She will let you know if you’re not giving her enough attention by pawling at you.``Holly was a great hiking buddy. She kept a great pace and was very attentive. At one point she darted from excitement down the trail but came back immediately when called. She was joyful and pleasant to be around. Favorite thing: Her calm demeanor. She seems very open to anything.``She is a sweet soul - the biggest cuddle bug that just wants love. She has had no accidents in the house, doesn’t destroy and is semi- crate trained (she’ll go in with a lot of encouragement). She is treat motivated and loves food (she has not jumped on furniture, tables, trash to steal food). We don’t have other dogs and take her for three walks a day. So far, she tends to not like tiny dogs walking on a leash (think
