PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet.Balki is such a good boy and needs a forever home!! And don’t forget, reduced adoption fee for the month of April!! Balki has so many great qualities about him and loves everyone! He is super sweet and loving. He is fully house trained and crate trained. He’s about a year old and weighs 55-60 pounds. He may fill out some more but he’s mostly done growing. He has long legs and a slim build. He loves other dogs and does well with cats. Great with kids! He is neutered, UTD on vaccines, and on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. His foster mom did a DNA test on him and despite his looks, he is 30% Golden Retriever! 22% American Staffordshire Terrier, 18% Staffordshire Bull Terrier, 18% American Pit Bull Terrier, and 11% Mini Bull Terrier. Don't let the 'Bully breeds' in him stop you. He is a GREAT dog!! Balki is located in Arkansas. He can be adopted locally, but transport is available to the New England area as well. Adopter must be able to pick up or arrange for someone to pick up for them in PA, NY, or CT on Saturdays. Story
Lilly came to us this past March as a stray. No one ever came to claim this sweet gal. Lilly is young and energetic. She LOVES to play and chase balls all day. A family with no cats and a fenced yard would be perfect!

Story
KENNEL ID #18804Meet Snoopy! Snoopy is an adorable 8-week-old Labrador Retriever mix with a sweet, affectionate personality. He and his brother, Charlie Brown, were lovingly raised in a home with kids, dogs, and other pets — including chickens and ducks — so they are already very well socialized and used to a busy family environment. Snoopy is a happy, loving puppy who enjoys attention and cuddles. He’s also off to a great start with house training and is already going potty outside or on newspaper about 75% of the time. Snoopy recently had eyelid tacking performed on his right upper eyelid for a condition called entropion, where the eyelid rolls inward and irritates the eye. The temporary tacking procedure helps protect his eye and keep him comfortable while he continues to grow. Many puppies do very well with this procedure, and in some cases the issue can fully resolve as they mature. If needed later on, permanent correction can be done once he is older. Their mom is a Golden Retriever/Lab/Aussie mix (with a little mutt mixed in ❤️), and dad is unknown — so if you love lovable mutts, these boys may be the perfect fit for your family! Adoption Fee: $575 and a $75 refund with proof of neuterThank you for your interest in rescue. If you would like to be considered for adoption, please submit an application to adopt. If you have any questions regarding the adoption process, please email:  rescuedp2024@icloud.com  or ddlu219@yahoo.com   for dog/puppies.    APPLICATIONS TO ADOPT : DOG     CAT     BIRD      REPTILE       SMALL ANIMALS       May 20, 2026, 1:55 am

Story
Meet Shaggy!!! If you are looking for a Velcro side kick, let me introduce you to Shaggy. She is a 3 yr old mini golden doodle rescued from a commercial breeder. When she came to Zoe’s house she was badly matted with sticks and burrs in her coat. She was shaved and her coat is coming in beautifully, she will need grooming every 6-8 weeks. She is doing well with potty training, but if she forgets she will use a pee pad. She gets along well with other dogs and kids. One thing she is not to lean on men, I am trying to teach her not all men are mean. She just growls at my husband. She will need a fenced in yard, she will bolt if given the chance. Shaggy is learning to walk on a leash and does well in the car. She loves to sleep on the couch or in bed. A real love bug once she gets to know her new person. She is UTD on vaccines, heart worm negative, microchipped and spay. She’s available thru Zoe’s House Kennel #9117

Story
7 year old Bernese/Golden Retriever mix. She is very sweet, but also very reactive to other dogs that she doesn't know. I have recently suffered 2 injuries from her dragging me after crossing other dogs and I have resched a point where I can no longer take her out as i am aging. She is most of the time home with me as i have a large fenced yard, but i have to take her yo a dog sitter every time I spend a day away as I can no longer take her anywhere due to my weakness in managing her reactivity. After these last 2 injuries, I have had to make the difficult decision to find her a new home.
