Story
Update: We thought we had found the perfect home for Campbell, but it wasn't meant to be. Cammie is back with us through no fault of her own... Zoe's House is looking for a very special adopter for a sweet girl who just can't catch a break. Please read the description carefully before applying! Campbell is a one year old female Golden Retriever who came into rescue as a 12 week old puppy who was leaking urine. Fast forward through six rounds of antibiotics for a persistent UTI. Appointments with five different specialty vets. Two ultrasounds and a complicated surgery for ectopic ureters. A cardio consult that diagnosed mitral valve dysplasia and moderate subaortic stenosis (treated through a daily medication). A total of 8 separate blood tests and 14 urinalyses across almost 9 months. Whatever she needed, Zoe's House did. Her medical reports and test results fill a three ring binder. We've tried to identify and fix as many as we can... Except the most difficult diagnosis - chronic kidney disease. This is hereditary and there is no cure, but there are established treatments that include prescription food and medications that can manage her symptoms. While this disease will probably shorten her life span, the treatments available can give her a very good quality of life. And Campbell so deserves that. Throughout everything, Campbell has remained her happy, bouncy, cheerful self. Throw her a ball and she'd bring it back. Throw it again, and off she'll go. Tireless. Excited. Happy. Each throw is a new chase. Guaranteed to keep going long after your arm has given out. We are looking for a special adopter for Campbell who isn't daunted by her diagnosis and who is ready to give her the best possible life for as long as possible. While financial resources are a piece of that, the equally important need is for someone who can give her an active lifestyle (a fenced yard and lots of balls are a must!) and the joys of being part of a household. Campbell is currently living with other dogs of all ages and sizes as well as cats. She loves food, running, spending time outside, chasing balls, car rides, snuggles, and hanging with her friends (both two-footed and four-footed). She doesn't like too much crate time and hates not getting enough exercise. She is fully vetted and up to date on vaccines and preventatives. She sleeps in her crate at night. GIven her energy level, kids over 7 years old are recommended. Someone home alot to give her frequent potty breaks and exercise time would be ideal. Application available at www.zoeshouserescue.com Kennel license 9117 Reading PA 19608

Story
Meet our sweetest girl, Snickers! This petite golden doodle mix had a rough start to life- she lived tethered outside 24/7 with limited interaction from her family. She was matted when she came to us, hence her goofy hair cut. This girl doesn't let her past bring her down though. She is the sweetest girl and a dream in the house. She does well in a crate and is house trained. She is easy to walk on a leash. She prefers dogs her size and larger. She currently co exists with a senior and calm cat in her foster home, but she does show interest at times, so she would likely chase a playful or timid cat. She has done well around children. She can be mouthy at times, so may do best with older children.  Snickers has went to an adoption event at the local movie theater and was a rock star! She also went on an outing to Lowes and did great! She will make a great dog for her new family! Snickers is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. She is available for adoption at the Pet Pantry's main facility, 26 Millersville Road, Lancaster. If you are interested in meeting her, please fill out an adoption application! Applications are available at our location as well as online at petpantrylc.org. From there, our adoption coordinator will be in touch!May 10, 2026, 1:35 pm

Snoopy is an adorable 8-week-old Labrador Retriever mix with a sweet, affectionate personality. He and his brother, Charlie Brown, were lovingly raised in a home with kids, dogs, and other pets — including chickens and ducks — so they are already very well socialized and used to a busy family environment. Snoopy is a happy, loving puppy who enjoys attention and cuddles. He’s also off to a great start with house training and is already going potty outside or on newspaper about 75% of the time. Snoopy will be having corrective surgery for entropion on his right upper eyelid, a condition where the eyelid rolls inward and irritates the eye. He is expected to do very well after surgery. Alice (Female) Description of the Pet **Applicant Requirements:** -Be at least 21 years of age and the Homeowner or Rentee. -Households with children under 8 years of age, must have a physical fence attached to the home or an electric/invisible fence. However, there are other instances when a fence may be required for the safety of the dog or puppy Name: Alice Age: DOB: 10/18/25 Weight: Crate-trained: Yes PLEASE NOTE: To apply to adopt, the application and adoption process can be found on our website greenmorerescue.org. Please read dog's bio carefully before applying. Alice is a beautiful golden retriever with a gentle soul and a story of resilience. She was found as a stray with a jug stuck on her head, but despite her rough start, she’s already blossoming into a loving and trusting companion. She’s been working hard and now walks much better on a leash, showing just how eager she is to learn and connect. Alice has a soft, affectionate side—she gives the best bear hugs and loves being close to her people. This sweet girl enjoys the simple things in life: chasing tennis balls, stretching her legs in the yard, and soaking up love. Because she loves to run and explore, a fenced yard is required for her forever home. Alice has a medium energy level—she’s happy to play but also appreciates downtime to relax and recharge. Right now, because of her timidness, she would do best in a home with older kids—but this may change as she continues to blossom here at Greenmore. Alice is looking for a kind, understanding home where she can keep shining and finally enjoy the happy life she deserves. Adoption donation is $500 cash, $525 credit, debit or Venmo. This donation includes a microchip. There is a refundable $75.00 neuter/spay deposit. ***A NOTE ON BREEDS: The dog's listed breed(s) is the best assessment made by a veterinarian, pet finder or rescue staff and is not guaranteed. This pet is being offered by Greenmore Farm Animal Rescue, 246 Clonmell Upland Road, West Grove PA 19390 - PA Shelter # 8755
