Story
We welcomed Kona into our family in December of 2021, and she has been a joyful, fun-loving companion ever since. She has a playful personality and truly loves her toys—whether it’s playtime on her own or engaging with her people, she’s happiest when she’s involved. Kona thrives on attention and affection and forms strong bonds with her family. She is fully house trained and does wonderfully with children, showing patience and a gentle, loving nature around them. After recently welcoming another child into our family, we’ve come to the difficult realization that we can no longer give Kona the level of time, attention, and engagement she deserves. Our hope is to find her a home where she can receive plenty of love, companionship, and playtime. Kona would be a wonderful addition to a family or individual who has the time and heart to give her the attention she thrives on.

Story
Cooper has been part of our family since July of 2017, a little over 8 years ago. He is our family's first dog and has become instant best friends with our two daughters. He is playful, smart, and demonstrates both Golden retriever and Poodle traits. He likes family time, outside time, eating time, and nap time. He understands basic commands and responds to non-verbal commands as well. Cooper will be 9 years old in April of 2026. He likes a routine and occasionally tries to speed up the clock for activities like meal time or outside time. He is a little shy around new people, but once you allow him time to make his introduction, you have a friend for life. When we go for walks, he wants to stop at each neighbor's house to say hi if he sees them outside. Loves the people at the vet and his groomers. Only fears that he has not outgrown are the sounds of thunder and crushing plastic bags.

Story
My pet came into my care through a personal situation, and my main goal has always been to keep them safe, healthy, and loved. They are approximately 2years old and have been raised in a home environment. They are affectionate, loyal, and enjoy being around people. They have a sweet personality and do well with routine and consistency. I am looking for a stable, loving home where they will be treated as a family member and given the time, attention, and care they deserve. I would describe my pet as loving, playful, intelligent, and very devoted.

Story
Kali – ID 16040 – Kennel 848 Poodle / golden retriever mix – black – female – 4 years old – 45 lb – will be spayed prior to adoption – up to date on vaccines – heartworm negative – arrived as lost pup Dec 30 Kali is a really pretty and sweet girl with a calm, gentle presence. She is well mannered, sits nicely for treats, and carries herself with an easygoing grace that makes her a joy to be around. With her soft curls and soulful eyes, she already turns heads—and she’s going to be even more stunning once she gets a fresh grooming. Kali arrived at the shelter wearing identification, but sadly no owner ever came for her. Despite that, she has remained composed and affectionate, quietly waiting for someone new to notice her and give her the home she deserves. At 4 years old, Kali is past the puppy chaos and ready to settle into a loving routine. She’s looking for a family who will appreciate her gentle nature, good manners, and quiet sweetness—and who will never leave her wondering where she belongs again.
