Collins is a 1.5 year old, 23 lb Miniature Goldendoodle with a heart of gold. While initially nervous, underneath his shy personality is a puppy just wanting to play! Collins is very smart and learns incredibly quickly. Routines are good for helping him learn exactly what is expected of him. He loves to play with toys and adores other dogs. His enthusiasm really shines when he gets excited to see you. He loves his human and enjoys spending time cuddled up on the couch with you. His crate is a safe space, and he will take shelter there if he's nervous or unsure about something. Collins is food motivated and eager to please. Collins can be hand-shy and more nervous around men. He can live with a man but will need someone patient that is willing to work with him on being completely comfortable. He is crate trained and has been doing very well with house training. He can walk on a leash but is still learning to feel secure, so a fenced-in yard is preferred. Since Collins gains confidence with other dogs, another dog is REQUIRED in his forever home. He will thrive best in a quieter home with no loud children and no younger teens. He needs a calmer home. Collins is good with other dogs of all sizes and cats. He also REQUIRES a fenced in yard. This sweet puppy is Daisy! Currently she is about 10 weeks old and weighs 14 pounds. She is a standard size golden doodle so it’s possible that she will weigh up to 50-70 pounds fully grown. Daisy is an incredibly sweet, approachable pup who does great around small children of all ages. She plays well with bigger and smaller dogs too. We have several cats that she has shown no signs of aggression with and hasn’t shown any signs of having a prey drive (she doesn’t chase them or other small animals) Daisy walks well on a leash and harness. I work with her daily on basic commands that she has picked up quickly such as “come” “sit” “stay” and “leave it” She is also partially potty trained. We have multiple bags of food and canned food plus lots of other supplies for her. (Everything is included in her rehoming fee. Daisy is up to date on vaccines, and has had a dewormer as well. She passed a recent wellness exam with flying colors.

Zeke is 2 years old and full grown at 85 lbs. He grew too big for Grammie to handle. They tried, but he was way too much boy for them. Zeke has enjoyed his time in foster playing with other large dogs and a fence to play in. He has that wonderful doodle energy and needed a safe way to spend some of that extra energy. He enjoys playing in puddles and one might assume he would enjoy time in a pool, lake or beach. He walks great on leash, is starting to learn some commands. He is crate trained and house trained. We are requiring that he have a fenced in yard to play in, another large playful dog in the home is a plus, but not required. We are asking that there are no small dogs in the home, no cats and no small kids (under 8 years old). He is just a big playful boy and does not know his strenght and we are currently working on correcting a few bad habits. He would do well with good structure/routine and clear boundries. Please keep in mind that doodle need grooming every 4-6 weeks and a large doodle can be quite costly. Meet Oliver! Oliver is one of several poodle mixes we rescued in early April from a hoarding/backyard breeding situation in rural Georgia. All of these guys were filthy, with horribly infected ears and really had no idea how to relax and just be a dog! After several weeks of TLC and mentoring from some of their new dog friends, they are learning just how amazing being part of a loving family can be. Oliver is about 6-7 years old and under 30 lbs. He's great with other dogs of all sizes and even cats. Oliver was definitely one of the more timid of the group, but it didn't take long for him to really warm up to his foster mom - trying to climb into her lap at any opportunity, when he's not running and playing with his other dog friends that is! He's even proven himself to be a rockstar when out and about meeting strangers - give him a few treats and you will have a best friend for life! Oliver is also great on leash, but might need just a bit of encouragement when exploring new places. He's looking for a forever home with poodle experienced adopters and another confident dog in the home, along with a fenced yard. We were told that Isabelle, who was part of the same group we rescued, is his mother and honestly they look so similar - we believe it! Jules is about 2-3 years old and absolutely LOVES to play hard with all of his friends in his foster home! He's great with all other dogs and crate trained. While we have not had Jules specifically around cats, several of the other dogs from this group are fostering with cats and doing great, so it is likely he would be fine with cats as well. Jules is looking for an experienced poodle/doodle home with at least one other adult dog and a fenced yard.
