Panda is a very sweet, adorable 3 year old Pyrenees/Boxer/mutt mix. She’s very snuggly and can be a little bit lazy when she’s not playing outside. 🙃 She is great with kids, and has been good with our cat. She needs to be an only dog, however. Panda is not high maintenance, and deserves a loving home. ❤️

Story

Panda is very sweet and affectionate, a real joy to have around the house, just a big fluffy sweetheart of a dog. Unfortunately she also really needs to be the top dog, and will not do well in a house with other dogs unless they are totally fine with letting her be the dominant. She got along fine with our (much-smaller) oldest dog for about two years but eventually decided she needed to be the boss and things deteriorated rapidly, otherwise we'd be happily keeping her. She has always lived in a house with a small fenced in yard (city-lot) but she is mostly an indoor dog. She loves her walks. She likes to be around her humans and we've often let her sleep on the bed, and she is a first-class foot warmer in the winter. She loves cats and gets along great with kids (although she startles easily). She has never bitten a human. A really great pet. It is breaking our hearts to have to give her away. She's about 75 pounds, medium-long fur, white with dark patches.

Leash walking: Doing amazing! Dog social: Yes, she has been very friendly when meeting other dogs Cat social: Unknown Kid friendly: Yes! She has done well in spending time with young kids. Bonnie likes: - Gently pawing you when she'd like some love - Naptime! - Going for walks and making new pals Bonnie is such a wonderful dog. She loves being around people and greets everyone who arrives at the door like she's their best friend. She's a great lounger, and you can find her anywhere from sprawled out on the cold floor to lying flat on her back, legs in the air, on the couch. She's sweet and silly and playful, and she isn't afraid to ask you to pay attention to her if she's in the mood to hang out. Bonnie received treatment for Valley Fever while in our care, which caused some forelimb lameness that appears to be resolved. She received an entropion repair on 5/14. Bonnie's adoption fee is $300, and she is ready to share her heart with her new family! I rescued Lilah when she was a pup from Munster Humane Society. On intake she had parvo and was the surviving pup out of the litter. She is Now 2 years older and a Pyrenees/Lab/Pit Mix.. She is healthy and has had her shots and boosters. She is a very good girl and loves to cuddle.. Amazing with children. Does get along with other dogs and cats. When introduced may take a few days though. She plays fetch. Needs a yard so she can run and play. This really pains my heart to have to let her go. I am moving out of state and my career will be on the road a lot. I would love to see her go to a good family who can love her as much as she will love you. Note: she cannot be kept in a crate and when left out, hide the toilet paper.
