Story
Rookie has a happy-go-lucky personality and a big love for people. Getting attention from his foster mom is definitely his favorite part of the day. He’s also a brave and confident pup who is loving the snow — nothing slows this little guy down!
He does well with the resident dog and loves to play, especially when there’s someone to chase or explore with. Rookie is very food-motivated and always ready for a treat, which will make training both fun and rewarding.
Rookie has a medium to high energy level, but his sweet nature hints that he may grow into a snuggler once he’s had his playtime. He’s a fairly confident puppy, especially when another dog or person is nearby, and he’s eager to keep learning about the world.
Rookie would be a wonderful fit for a family looking for a social, affectionate, adventurous puppy who’s ready to learn, play, and bond. He can’t wait to meet his people.
Rookie is estimated to be 10 weeks old and 10 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention. Dogs over 7 months have been heartworm tested.
