Poppi is very well house trained and quietly goes outside when offered, though she doesn’t yet ask on her own. She’s food motivated but still learning how to take treats from fingers—small steps that show her willingness to trust and learn. Around other dogs, Poppi can be guarded and tends to growl at larger ones, so a calm, understanding home where she can be the only dog or have careful introductions would be best. Though she’s still reserved and often on alert, Poppi has started to relax and seek affection.
