Story
Hi, I`m JJ! I`m a friendly senior who can be shy with new people but warms up after a few minutes. I have a good history with kids and did well living with other dogs. I can be nervous with some dogs so I will need an in shelter meet and greet with any dogs in the home to make sure we are a good fit. I would love a patient home that can teach me how to live indoors but I am already crate trained and know a few tricks. I can`t wait to meet you

Story
We have had some challenges with Nala but what a sweet girl. We were a foster fail when we rescued her from the monsoons down in Arizona. We are pretty sure that she was a reservation dog. Nala has been an amazing dog up until about 2 years ago when she started to experience seizures. We believe that she was abused by her groomer because anytime you take her into a building she has one. It has posed a challenge as we can't take her to a groomer or to a vet. If she's at home and in her "safe space" with her people then she is just fine and never had any seizures. Since the seizures she's started to have an occasional accident in the house here and then. This might also be because we had a dog door in Arizona where she could come and go as she pleased where we don't have that in Colorado. She used to NEVER have accidents in the house. She would be perfect with someone that can spend time with her. She is so incredibly loving.

Caly is the sweetest girl. She loves belly rubs and cuddling! She is very active and would love a home with lots of room to run or an active family! She is house trained and very good with her crate which we'd love to have her take with her. She loves toys and is so smart and food motivated. Very good with kids. And loves other animals. Cats and dogs. She is vocal like a husky! Really looking for someone who would love to take her on hikes. Walks. Or someone with a farm or land!

Story
ADOPTION FEE: $200 Meet Dallas, lovingly called Dally! This handsome man was adopted as a puppy, but one of his humans is severely allergic to him. Dally is now looking for a new forever home to love and spoil him. Dally is an affectionate, joyful dog who loves people, loves other dogs, and genuinely wants to make his humans proud. Dally is a talkative husky boy who will happily “chat” with you, tilt his head in confusion or agreement, and even join in if he hears a distant howl. He quiets down immediately when asked, though. He’s well‑trained, eager to please, and knows an impressive list of commands including sit, stay, lay down, shake, high five, speak, go to bed, load up, turn around, and more. He has excellent recall when he’s not distracted by another dog, and he thrives with activity. He loves hiking, running around the property, car rides, swimming, and spending time with his dog friends. He’s lived comfortably with cats, chickens, and other dogs, respecting boundaries when told “no,” though he should not be left unsupervised with small livestock due to his playful husky instincts. He is gentle and sweet with children but doesn’t always realize his size, so families with toddlers should be mindful as he learns better spatial awareness. He is kennel trained, house‑trained, and comes with his extra‑large kennel, favorite bed, and gear. Dally would do best in a home with a yard and ideally a canine sibling or active humans who enjoy walks, hikes, and playtime. If you’re looking for a loyal, expressive, wonderfully trained companion who will adore you with his whole heart, Dally may be your perfect match. Interested in this furry companion? The first step is to complete our online application by clicking the "Apply for Adoption" button. *PLEASE NOTE* Photos, information, age, breed, size, medical status, behavior, and adoption fee are all subject to change as we get to know them. We will continue to update their profiles with information and photos to better represent them! We are a foster-based rescue and generally do not have animals at our office, and not all animals attend adoption events. To coordinate a meet and greet with a specific animal please contact us! We can only finalize adoptions at events for approved adopters. The earlier you apply, the better, it takes time to review and approve applications! We host adoption events almost every Saturday from *11:00 AM to 2:00 PM* around the Fort Collins community! With a passionate team we are a foster-based animal rescue, partnering with the community to provide shelter and resources prioritizing the animals’ well-being. Every adoption fee directly helps a rescued animal make it safely from a shelter to a loving home. As a nonprofit, we put these fees right back into vet care, food, transport, and all the support to help the next animal. You're not just adopting, you're saving a life and fueling another rescue journey! *Our Mission* At All Aboard Animal Rescue, our mission is to address the global pet overpopulation crisis through rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming. We are dedicated to making a difference by providing essential resources and compassionate care to enhance the quality of life for animals. As their voice, we advocate for their well-being by raising awareness about the shelter crisis, promoting responsible pet guardianship, and ensuring the compassionate treatment of all animals. *Our Vision* We envision a world where every animal is understood with empathy, treated with kindness and respect, and where the unique bond between humans and animals is cherished — enriching all lives. *Spay & Neuter is required by law in Colorado, helping to break the cycle of unwanted litters.* Please consider supporting our mission. Together, we are making a difference!
