Buddy is almost 7 and we’ve had him since he was 6 months old. He’s a loving, loyal, high-energy dog who enjoys traveling, “talking,” and being active. He loves swimming—pools, lakes, ponds—you name it! He’s great with our other dogs but skittish around our toddler, which is why we’re looking for a new home. He’s not good with cats, small animals, or chickens. Buddy does well at dog parks but may need time to adjust with new owners and dogs. He enjoys his kennel as a safe space and naps there often. He sheds year-round and needs lots of exercise, so an active, patient owner is a must. We love him dearly but can’t provide the environment he needs. He deserves someone who won’t give up on him.

Story
Lucy is a very sweet, shy girl who needs a loving home. She is 4-5 months old and spent most of her life in a cramped apartment in Denver. We are working on basic obedience training. She plays GREAT with our other dogs. She is reliably housebroken and working on mastering the crate. We do not have kids, but she has been gentle so far and would likely be OK with kids older than 5. We do not have cats. We have chickens and she has been curious, but not aggressive. She is intelligent, but under socialized and would THRIVE with a dedicated owner that would give her the confidence to blossom. She is pretty quiet, but very expressive with her face. She sticks close by and follows our other dogs around closely. She is petite with a stunning white/black coat and ice blue eyes. We have her paperwork from her original owner. She is vaccinated, but is not yet spayed. Crate, paperwork, bed, food etc. come with her. She will be a loyal companion to the right household!

Luna is a stray that was rescued. We adopted her just after she had a liter of puppies. She's around 3 years old. Here's some facts about her: - lives for cuddles and attention -Doesnt bark often but a very vocal, husky type whining whenever she wants something -very high energy, needs at least one long walk everyday. - has previously lived with other dogs but shows fear/aggression towards dogs she is unfamiliar with -very athletic, can easily jump over short fences -has been crate trained but hasnt been crated for several months -needs someone who loves snuggling with her on the couch and goes on hikes or long walks regularly
