Story
Meet Kira! 🤍🐾 This 6-month-old Siberian Husky/Labrador Retriever mix is as stunning as she is sweet. With her snowy white coat sprinkled in adorable spots and her breathtaking mismatched eyes—one blue, one hazel—Kira turns heads everywhere she goes. She does fantastic on a leash and is always ready to strut her stuff by your side like the little superstar she is! Kira is full of happy puppy energy and loves to play, romp, and soak up all the fun life has to offer. After she’s gotten her zoomies out, she’s more than ready to curl up next to you for some quality cuddle time. She may give a tiny growl when she’s trying to get you to play or asking for attention, but don’t be fooled—it’s all part of her silly, talkative personality and not mean-spirited at all. It’s just Kira’s way of saying, “Hey! Love me! Play with me!” 💕 If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate, absolutely gorgeous pup who will keep you smiling and snuggled, Kira might just be your perfect match!

Story
We are excited to introduce Duke, a medium-sized beautiful black, white and grey Pomsky. A pom and huskey mix. Weighing 32 pounds Duke recently joined our rescue. As he settles into his foster home, he tends to use his mouth during playtime. For this reason, we would prefer to find him a family with older children or no children at all. Duke is doing well on his daily walks and loves spending time with his foster family. He is a joyous happy playful dog. www.wonderdogsrescue.org

Story
Meet Zeke!! He is up to date on shots, neutered, house trained and working on crate training. He is currently in foster with other dogs, does well on outings with slow intro to other dogs. He has only walked by cats but didn’t appear interested. He is a giant love bug who would be content to snuggle up and get belly rubs all day ! He is vocal like huskies are but not excessively, just when it’s potty time, dinner, etc. He does have a prior hip trauma that is healed as well as it will be but does not bother him. He will be microchipped at adoption.

Story
Sophie Rose is the most amazing best friend your family could want. She would really enjoy a family with kids. She gets along with other dogs. She loves cats as well. There’s not a mean bone in her body. The only issue with Sophie Rose is she likes to run! Like any other husky she is a Houdini! She loves running and we’ll go for miles and miles and miles. Sophie will need a home with a strong fence. Sophie is amazing. She is friendly! Sophie has always been an inside dog so Sophie will need a family that is looking for an inside dog. Sophie doesn’t like going outside when it’s raining, but Sophie loves the snow. Sophie also can jump like straight up off of four legs! She is so much fun. Sophie does talk like a husky and congest about say I love you. Sophie has never destroyed anything in the house or eaten anyone’s shoes or toys. For a while, Sophie was going to the pet suites daycare and loved it. Unfortunately, we moved far away. She gets along great with everybody.

Story
Meet Virginia and Maine! This bonded pair came to us looking like skeletons. It was truly painful to look at them and we can only imagine the hell they lived through. Despite that, they are the sweetest dogs you will ever meet. It literally brought tears to our eyes when they felt good enough to start to play. They are either siblings or mother and daughter and you never find one without the other. They are extremely bonded and they must be adopted together. They are quiet, sweet, affectionate, and great with dogs.  They LOVE to play with each other & love toys. They are extremely treat motivated & are extremely smart. They catch treats & will sit, stay & shake for a treat! They are good in their crates but their main goal in life is to be couch potatoes. They think they are lapdogs & feel fully comfortable sitting in your lap together. They also give excellent kisses! They love attention and prance around the house… tails going a mile a minute… every time you put Jammie’s on them! You’ve never seen anything so cute. If you’re looking for two older dogs who are very low-key and very easy, apply to adopt these girls today. They are part of our Senior Soulmates Program. If they are adopted by a senior citizen, a generous donor will sponsor her adoption fee.  All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.   February 14, 2026, 3:01 pm

Story
Vader is a 4 and a half year old, intact male Siberian Husky that has been struggling with food aggression and resource guarding since his adoption in 2021. His primary caretaker, a Disabled Veteran, has been scheduled for spinal cord surgery and will be in recovery for at least 12 weeks. With that said, it is our hope to find Vader a new home or sanctuary with the resources to either rehabilitate him and/or give him a peaceful environment to live.
