My wife adopted her 10 years ago while she was still a puppy. Now, we’ve got a young child and another baby on the way and we just don’t have the time needed to walk her and take care of her. Shes broken our fence a couple times to go on her own adventures but when we’ve had time to walk her she calms down. She’s very nice and friendly we just no longer have the resources to take care of her to the level she needs. She gets along with other dogs just fine!

Please complete and return to us for review!  Adopter for this dog must reside in the immediate Houston/Galveston area and be at least 25 years old. A home visit may be required prior to this dog going to any home. The adoption fee for a dog is $210 (or $270 for puppies). All dogs are microchipped, on heartworm protection, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed and treated for fleas. Adoptions are held on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Clear Lake Petco, 2410 Bay Area Boulevard.  Since all our dogs are in foster homes, an individual dog may not be at our weekly Adoption Event due to conflict with a foster's schedule. If you are interested in meeting a particular dog, please send an email to scpdogworld@gmail.com so that the Dog Coordinator can let you know if the dog will be at the Saturday Adoption Event at Petco.
