Story
Sammy was a rescue from Mississippi. He has been with us since he was 5 months old. He is a pup with a lot of energy and a great temperament. He is 1 1/2 years old and weighs 75 lbs. Sammy loves kids and is a good guard dog. He loves to be comfortable and likes his walks and adores belly rubs! He is a great companion and adores our grandchildren. Sammy is a Labrador/hound mix with more of the lab part. He is a wonderful pet and it saddens us to part ways but we are relocating in 3 weeks.

Story
Meet Sampson!! This handsome boy was from a litter of 9 born back in Nov. His "owner" couldn't afford to spay or neuter her 2 dogs and as a result, this litter was born. They were 2 disabled women that could not afford to care for them so they were surrendered to a local rescue that we work with in Tx. Sampson is now 16 wks old, utd on his vaccines and microchipped. He will be neutered at a year due to his projected size. Sampson is fantastic with other dogs, fine with cats, and good with kids. Because of their size, we recommend a home without babies/toddlers. These are big puppies (currently 30-40 lbs) that don't realize their size and jump up on people. These guys were not socialized enough during their critical stage so they are a bit reserved with strangers. Sampson would do best in a home that has another dog to help him adjust. If you would like to make this stunning boy a part of your family, please complete the online application to begin the process. https://furrytailendingscaninerescue.org/adoption-application/ **BREED MIX IS DNA CONFIRMED, MIX OF 7 BREEDS** **A PHYSICAL FENCED IN YARD IS STRONGLY PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED** **PLEASE NOTE EMAILS FROM THE SITE EXPRESSING YOUR INTEREST IN ADOPTING WILL NOT BE ANSWERED.
