When he first arrived, he was a bit fearful and would growl or nip out of uncertainty. Within just a day, he began to relax and show his playful, affectionate side. With continued socialization, he’s learning to trust new people and gaining confidence every day. Colin isn’t a big fan of being picked up yet, but he’s making steady progress. He’s also working on overcoming a bit of food aggression, showing improvement with consistent training and patience. When it comes to house training, Colin is doing great. He’s considered potty trained and uses a potty pad by the door only as a backup. He sleeps through the night without accidents and waits until morning to go outside. Personality and Play Colin is an easygoing, adaptable pup who matches the energy around him. He’s always ready for playtime, especially with his 36 lb puppy friend, and enjoys tug-of-war and all kinds of toys. When playtime is over, he’s just as happy to curl up for a nap or enjoy a good tummy rub. He’s been exposed to cats and finds them fascinating but doesn’t chase them. I would like to introduce our Land Before Time Litter We were told this adorable litter of 5 are Beagle mix pups about 12 weeks old. They definitely sound like Beagles so I do not suggest them living in an apartment with neighbors. They will also need an active home or another pup in the home to keep them busy. We do not know their other breeds but I was thinking maybe Lab or Pointer. I feel Ducky and Petrie will be more like the size of a Beagle the other 3 a bit bigger. All will be medium size. They are very sweet babies not shy at all. They are being fostered with other dogs , cats , bunnies and children. Ready to go home or be fostered starting January 29th. Get your applications in.
